Hi Miia,
Could you please highlight the part that actually answers my question
Ed J replied to the topic 'Abomination of Desolation' – setting the record straight on what it is in the forum Scriptural Teachings 10 years, 11 months ago
Well? What are you answers…
1) What happened 1,290 days before, and
2) What happened 1.260 days after.
And please don’t complain that you (meaning me) are posting this over and over,
I would only need to post it once if you were to actually address my questionsEd J replied to the topic 'Abomination of Desolation' – setting the record straight on what it is in the forum Scriptural Teachings 10 years, 11 months ago
I went through Matthew 24 myself.
I didn’t see it, perhaps you can post it again 🙂

Hi Miia,
It is nothing but vain jangling to attempt to teach and not affirm God’s teachings.
“Now the end of the commandment (spirit of the law) is charity out of
a pure heart, and of a good conscience, and of faith unfeigned:From which some having swerved have turned aside unto vain jangling;
Desiring to be teachers of the law;…[Read more]Ed J replied to the topic The letter kills, but the Spirit gives life in the forum Truth or Tradition 10 years, 11 months ago

Ed. I’ll tell you what I believe it means later.
Hi Miia,
What you believe it means is irrelevant,
if it contradicts other Scripture
(which CANNOT be broken)It’s your rudimentary logic that God is going to burn up,
God is not going to destroy the Earth as you proclaim._______________
God bless

but it’s the spirit of the law gives life.I disagree that it’s the letter of the law, Ed. I’ll tell you what I believe it means later.
Hi Miia,
You disagree with me, and I know you disagree with Paul as well,
though the Apostle Peter calls the Apostle Paul’s words Scripture.“For I was a…[Read more]

You’re clueless as to what the ‘abomination of desolation’ is, even though “I” plainly told you.
1) What happened 1,290 days before, and
2) What happened 1.260 days after.
I have told you both of these as well
Why don’t you go back to your source to check
if they have the answers to my questions.
If they don’t, then what use are the…[Read more]Ed J replied to the topic 'Abomination of Desolation' – setting the record straight on what it is in the forum Scriptural Teachings 10 years, 11 months ago
I believe the abomination of desolation was around 70 AD, but I believe there is still unfulfilled prophecy in Matthew 24.
Hi Miia,
The ‘abomination of desolation’ spoken of by Daniel the Prophet and
forewarned by Jesus is the islamic dome of the rock – set up in 688AD.“We have also a more sure word of prophecy;
whereunto ye do well that ye…[Read more]Ed J replied to the topic 'Abomination of Desolation' – setting the record straight on what it is in the forum Scriptural Teachings 10 years, 11 months ago

I stand by what I said.
Hi Miia,
You didn’t say anything – all you did is post somebody else’s propaganda.
Why don’t you tell me (in your words) what it is you want me to learn. If you don’t, then it must not be very important. I will do no work
to receive the propaganda of others. When members post the
words of others, I don’t bother readi…[Read more]Ed J replied to the topic 'Abomination of Desolation' – setting the record straight on what it is in the forum Scriptural Teachings 10 years, 11 months ago

Do I have a point?
No, you instead have a garbled understanding of Prophecy.
That’s why I posted that video – for you to watch and learn.Ed J replied to the topic 'Abomination of Desolation' – setting the record straight on what it is in the forum Scriptural Teachings 10 years, 11 months ago
1) Who was Jesus speaking to in Matthew 24?
2) To those he was speaking to: when did the daily sacrifices end ‘for them’?
Hi Miia,
1) All believers in God
2) At Jesus’ crucifixion (30AD)
“and in the midst of the (70th) week he shall cause the sacrifice and the oblation to cease” (Dan 9:27)

70ad occurred because the Israelis knew not the time of thy visitation, and
neither do you because you refuse to watch the video which explains it.Ed, as I said I have watched and listened to hours and hours of Adventist prophecy related lectures regarding the times, Daniel etc. I used to study with them.
Hi Miia,
OK, what…[Read more]

What did Paul mean by the letter kills? What did he mean by “letter’?
Hi Miia, It’s really simple:
It’s the letter of the law that kills,
but it’s the spirit of the law gives life.“some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest,
as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction.” (2 Peter 3:16)- Load More
