    Hi ED,

    God is spirit.

The Word was with God and was God.

The Spirit of Christ is the Word which was with God and made flesh.

    No NIck,

The HolySpirit is “The Word” which was with God and made flesh at Jordan. (ref. John 1:14, Isaiah 61:1)
Jesus was NOT anointed with the spirit of Christ, but anointed as the spirit of Christ! (ref. Acts…[Read more]

    Hi ED,

You should not assume that every use of WORD in scripture applies to the Spirit.

It has many and varied uses and false logic only confuses.

    Hi Nick,

God’s words are spirit ALL THE TIME (ref. John 6:63)

The Spirit of God and the Spirit of Christ are one, but they are two distinct entities.
just like man and wife are one, and they are two distinct entities as well.

“For this cause shall a man leave his father and mother, and shall be joined unto his wife, and
they two shall be one flesh. This is a great mystery: but I speak concerning Christ…[Read more]

    Hi ED,

    WE will come to you.

    Yes Nick, WE

    1) the Spirit of God
    2) the Spirit of Christ

But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that
(1)the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not
(2)the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his.” (Rom 8:9)

    Hi Ed,

“Then God is father to “the spirit of Christ” – right?”

A false use of human logic applied to the spiritual words.

Using such logic you would have to say God is the father of His own Spirit-right?

    Hi Nick,

Using your logic you would have to say Christ is the father of his own spirit – right?
