Hi kenrch. A very good posting, I need time to digest what you are saying, you give scripture, which is helpfull to understand the point you are making. In the meantime I am including a chart explaining how to “correctly cut the word of truth”, for your information, and comments by you as to what you think of this information. I do not wis…[Read more]

Hi kenrch. Yes, I agree, we are all one in this era. Either Jew or Gentile, there is no difference now. It was not always so, before Christs' death and ressurection, Gods' “chosen People”, were the Jews. The gentiles were estranged from God, but they had only the crumbs from their (Jews) table. Jews were the “children of the b…[Read more]

Quote (kejonn @ July 16 2007,13:57)CO,Enjoy life. I hope it is truly the abundant life (John 10:10). Ooops, John 10:10 was written to the Jews, so I guess the abundant life is not yours to have. Enjoy a hollow life then
.I will not engage you any further. You are only open to that which you have already decided is true. Any other post to you is…[Read more]chosenone replied to the topic Which Law? in the forum Scriptural Teachings 18 years, 8 months ago
Quote (Mr. Steve @ July 14 2007,05:50)Dear Kejonn and CO; I've read both your posts. From what I can gather from CO's post, he believes that the gospels were to the natural Jews and the epistles were to the Gentiles. For starters, the gospel is to whosoever will… Christ came to save sinners. God hath concluded all under sin. Christ teach…[Read more]

Quote (kejonn @ July 14 2007,04:20)CO,Quite simple, and I'm sure you can remember saying it without me finding it. You basically assert that the Gospels were for the Jews, and Pauls letters were for the Gentiles. You state that Paul “completed” the Gospel. I believe that he did no such thing, but merely emphasized it in a way that non-Jews could…[Read more]

Quote (kejonn @ July 13 2007,15:19)Hmmm, read the commentary. Now I know why I stumbled across some information of Paul the Apostate. I was mad at Paul for a while because what I was reading about this lined up with scripture but after doing some studying of my own, I realized that Paul was still in harmony with Yeshua. The commentary you provided…[Read more]

Quote (kejonn @ July 13 2007,15:07)CO, where do you get the idea that God abandoned His chosen people to turn to the Gentiles? Scripture please. They were not abandoned, it was a matter of the Apostles finally being obedient to Yeshua's final commands about reaching all of the world.Hi kejonn. You asked for scripture when God set aside the…[Read more]

Hi Ken. Thanks for this article, you include many scripture to make a point with comments and questions regarding each segment, very well done. I would like to include this rather lengthly commentary on the book of Acts. In Acts, is an explanation of God, abandoning for now, His “chosen people”, the Jews, and now in this present…[Read more]

Hi kejonn. Jesus was commisioned to “the lost sheep of the house of Israel”. This doesn't mean He never conversed or associated with gentiles, but in that era, the gentiles had no part with God. The Jews were “Gods chosen people” and Jesus' commission was to them only, only they were offered the “Kingdom” if they obeyed the law and their…[Read more]
