Nick. Why do you just “pick and choose” what to believe that Jesus says, what other scriptures do you want changed?

Nick. If you won't believe the words of Jesus, why do you believe anything else He said?

You're getting close, of course it is 'for me (us)'. But 'about' His “commission to the lost sheep of the house of Israel”.Why do you resist His (Jesus) words?

Quote (Nick Hassan @ Oct. 18 2008,17:58)Hi CO, Why should the mission of Jesus deter you from accepting his words? They are FOR YOUNick. Yes, they are 'for me'. They are written for me (us), to understand that the commission of Jesus was, as He (Jesus) said, was to “the lost sheep of the house of Israel, Matt.15:24.” That is why it is…[Read more]

Hi 942767. In your reply, you say: Hi CO:Yes, I believe that God is working in us to accomplish His purpose in our lives because He loves us and also that He might be glorified through the life that we live in obedience to Him, but we have a choice. God does not force us to do any thing, and we are not robots that are programmed to do what…[Read more]

Nick. In the example I gave, the letter was “for you”, but did you evacuate your Home? Obviously not, it was not “about you”. Simple? Yes, so it's no use continuing this topic until you get some English lessons.

Nick. So you would evacuate your home?

Nick. I guess I'll have to give you an example of understanding simple English …EXAMPLE: If you recieved a letter from the local govenment that your neighbors house was going to be demolished, would you evacuate your house because you thought it was going to be demolished? I don't think you would be that stupid. This is an example that…[Read more]
