We are in the end times now. The battle is a spiritual battle. The restrainer will be taken away from the body (believers) or the temple (body), and the man of sin will be there instead (men will be lovers of self, lovers of money, etc). Eventually, the world will be destroyed, and that is the end. Gog and Magog are the ‘four corners of the earth’ – everyone.

Then we are loosing that war in the last days.
Because there will be a great falling away and the love of many will go cold.
No it is a litteral war with swords and spears.
there will be a burial place in a valley called hamongog; the city is called hamonah.

(The second coming is also literal). But each person is at war spiritually; against powers of the air in high places.
