I agree with John 4.24 referring to the Father, and acknowledge that it is only through the indwelling of the Holy Spirit that we can worship Him adequately.

Hi David, I still prefer to call the Holy Spirit “Him”. He has all the attributes of a being:1. A spirit is a being (as is a ghost etc.)2. The Holy Spirit hears3. The Holy Spirit speaks4. The Holy Spirit has a voice5. The Holy Spirit knows the things of God.I'm sure much more could be added to this list, but you get the idea I'm sure.
