Please be honest here.
We are all waiting for that big day when Christ returns.  He will bring his reward with him. The reward is not here already. We are still laboring for him and when he returns will find out if we are accepted.  
There is hope for a better world when he returns.  There will be a massive change.  If we tell people Christ and his kingdom is already here, then they will have nothing to look forward to, as many of them are still oppressed, and hungry, and in pain, and dying.  If this is the best it gets, then what hope is it for them?  

The best we can tell them is that Jesus Christ, the Son of God, has power to forgive sins, and we can only know God through him and no other name.  
We tell them to find out about him, to read his word and see what he has to say.  
They can then find out for themselves directly through the scriptures what is good and evil,
and then they can start repenting on things as they go.  
We don't just repent once, and say I'm born again, a changed man,
no, we have to find out first what our instructions are, what to change
and if we are attracted to making those changes so far,
then the more we read and learn, the more the spirit of truth will come in to us.  It is a gradual process.  We will keep learning and repenting for the rest of our lives,
and that new spirit in us, will give us the knowledge to strengthen all our weaknesses,
and not only that, Christ will feed us deep solid food.  This food will be our covering/protection.  This solid food is absolutely essential and will prove our faith.  We will not make the wrong choices once we have eaten this food.  This food will guard and strengthen us for the things to come in the last days, and save us from being deceived.

We will learn more as we go and fill ourselves with the spirit of truth, and as we slowly change our ways to God's holy ways,
we will have a chance of being chosen to take part in the first resurrection, and to be united with our Lord and King of Kings, Jesus Christ who is returning and coming soon.  
That is the message and that is the promise.  
We have to run the race before we can win it.

Hi Ed

If our hope is in the resurrection, then we have not been born again already. This is just common sense. To say you are born again is saying I have been accepted into the kingdom.
That's not your decision, or mine, that decision belongs to Christ. Making this decision ourselves is equal to what Satan did. He thought himself higher than God.
We can have hope that we will be chosen. There's a big difference.

This happens at the same time.  Christ is the one who will bring this change when he returns to rule.

Why are you not giving Christ the glory he deserves?  He is going to do a marvelous thing when he comes.  He will change everything during the thousand year rest.  This is the rest we are all waiting and yearning for. Don't sell Christ short. Exalt him Ed.

your questions are very vague in nature ,and the answers are preset in your brains ,

1) the new Jerusalem is in heaven and will soon be completed

2) my reward his everlasting live ,no I have not actually possess it ,but i have my hopes that Christ the son of God as guaranty it that I will receive it ,
