To All who consider themselves Christian,
Would you more or less agree that salvation is accomplished as an event commencing when one realizes their own inadequacy and instead turns to and trusts in what God accomplished through the death of His Son as a means to be made acceptable.   Please to not disagree to the details surrounding it, how why, when, etc. just could you agree with the statement as made.

If you disagree please explain why.

I think that we achieve salvation according to the bible only when we have overcome, like Jesus did.

I did not say he was wrong for explaining his answer, I said I did not want to argue on this thread, but I was interested in understanding why he said what he said.

Sorry, I re-read the post, and if it had been said cynically it could be taken the way you took it, but I wrote it with an earnest interest in understanding what he (or she) was saying (but did not want to go into it here).

I have trouble with people mis-understanding me at times, I do the best I can.
