Can you see here that it is the Jew that Zechariah is talking of. And it is this side the the resurrection. v10 They saw what they had done to Him. One other thing to notice here is this happened to Israel in a day. You see God treats them as a nation.

All Jews will not be saved, but all Israel will. God knows which Jews make up Israel.
Just like all Gentile Christians will not be saved, but all those that are truly His will.

I believe when God goes back to the Jew, He is done with us. So those that are in Christ, will be at the wedding feast. All of us that are in Him will be caught up with Him.

Hi Marlin, we appear to agree on many things, but just one more thing, if this doesn't happen during the 1000 years, then when does it happen?

It has to fit inside the 1000 year reign. Not before and not after. Can't force it anywhere else, because God is going to heal the nation Israel. After the 1000 years expire, Gog (Satan) is going to attack the holy camp of the saints.

You see it's not just the saints living there, but a people living there in peace, the israelites. Satan has been locked up for a thousand years and is oblivious to what Christ has accomplished there in that holy camp. All he sees is a nation full of abundance, and people at peace worshipping the Lord. He want's to destroy that.

Ezekiel chapter 37 explains the Israelites being brought back to life. The very next chapter 38 explains the war of Gog and Magog. This is after the 1000 years, when Satan is let loose. He attacks the camp.

Ezekiel 38:8 After many days thou shalt be visited: in the latter days thou shalt come into the landthat is brought backfrom the sword, and is gathered out of many people, against the mountains of ISRAEL, which have been always waste;but it is brought forth out of the nations, and they shall dwell safelyall of them.

Ezekiel 38:11 And thou shalt say, I will go up to a land of unwalled villages; I will go to them that are [/b]at rest[/b] , that dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates

Ezekiel 38:12 To take a spoil, and to take a prey; to turn thine hand upon the desolate places that are now inhabited, and upon the people that are gathered out of the nations, which have gotten cattle and goods, that dwell in the midst of the land.

Ezekiel 38:16 And thou shalt come up against my people of Israel, as a cloud to cover the land; it shall be in the latter days, and I will bring thee against my land, that the heathen may know me, when I shall be sanctified in thee, O God, before their eyes.

Many I've spoken to in the past get this mixed up with the attack on Israel before Christ's 2nd coming (Jacob's trouble] It is different. A different war.

This Gog is not the false prophet, but another man whom Satan will choose a thousand years later when he is released from prison. Satan is behind this man all the way, and when God speaks to Gog, he is speaking to Satan. Magog is the armies that Gog has gathered.

They will be buried at Hamon-Gog, not the valley of Henom where those who attacked Israel 1000 years before are buried. Different location. Different time. It will take 7 years to bury the dead. Maybe something will happen during this 7 years, or at the end of it, I don't know. Maybe the 2nd resurrection? But all I know is that Israel is living in peace, which has never happened, and no harm comes to them during the war of Gog and Magog.

No, it's just some I know support Zionism, and I don't. I watched the suffering of the Gazan's, way back when Gaza was invaded, and it upset me. The Jews against Zionism (True Torah Jews) have an interesting belief on the Bible and the return, to Israel, of the Jews.

But i can see from reading back, you are not supporting Zionism. You have a lot of insight Journey, and thank you for the verses you gave and posts made, i have learnt quite a bit. I still disagree on a future thousand year millenium as I believe God's Kingdom will be eternal, as Jesus never mentioned a thousand years but rather – stated that His return would be sudden, and unexpected, (The Day of the Lord) and I prayed one day asking a few things and this is what I was shown.

It was a pleasure sharing. My main purpose is to guide you to the scriptures. God didn't make it simple straight forward, but said seek and ye shall find. Little treasures (knowledge) hidden everywhere!

One more thing, Jesus did reveal the 1000 years because the book of Revelations was revealed from God to Jesus, then Jesus revealed it to his angel, and his angel revealed it to John.

Rev 20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years

Rev 20:7 And when the thousand years are expired, Satan shall be loosed out of his prison.

When Christ returns, it will be quick and sudden only if you are asleep (no oil in your lamp) but for those who have plenty of oil, it will come as no surprise, as we will keep watch, and we have the signs go by.

And even though Jesus said no man knows the hour or day, not even himself, but the season of his return we can work out by the prophesies, and the events (7 trumpets)

And then Jesus will hand the kingdom back to his Father when his work is finalised and accomplished, and God will be with us himself, as God has put Jesus in charge to do the cleaning up.

We are told by scripture not to lean on our own understanding and that is the bottom line.
The scripture I shared stated that none raised during the 1000 years. So just because I can't explain it doesn't make it not so. The scripture does not lie.

Did Jesus come the way He was expected? No

Jesus told His followers that unless they drank His blood and ate His flesh they had no part of Him. Most of His followers left Him that day. Even the 12 didn't understand what He said, yet they new He had the Word of life.

I know that all will come about just as God has said it will. What I do, when I can't understand something is to store it away in my mind and wait for God to reveal the answer.

As Jesus told Peter in Matthews, the truth was revealed to Peter by His Father in heaven. The bible is revealed by God to the children of God.

Jesus said to be Awake, to be sure that you are not Deceived. Paul said: that because they have refused to believe the truth they were handed over to Deception.

IMO, God's truth does fill you with joy and love and submission, but…it's different. God also disciplines us with love – always with love – to those whom He loves. and this includes abstraining from sin. Sin and God don't mix, neither does believing a lie. All liars will be in the Lake of Fire. And all those who believe a lie will be destroyed (2nd Thess)

What we all should do then is Humble oursleves.
It is good to love as love is from God, but we also care. Empathy and compassion are of God.

But on saying that we also have to beware…because in the last days will come seducing SPIRITS.
