Of course ACCEPTING CHRIST does not save anyone.

Quote The ten commandments is imposible to follow in perfection. The rich young ruler followed them and Jesus did not challenge his claim. Instead Jesus challenged him to give all his riches to the poor and giving to the poor is not mentioned in the first ten commandments of the law.

You shal love the Lord Your God with all your heart.
With all your soul, and with all you mind. The young man loved his riches more than following Jesus.

Wakeup,The ten commandments is not the whole Law of Moses it is but one small part. It is all the Jews could handle of God speaking to them directly after that they begged God to use Moses as a mediator. The rest of the Law is just as important though some only applies to the Jews or to the nation of the children of Israel when dwelling in the promised land. Giving to the poor is a part of the whole Law. Keeping it is more of a burden.

Nick, WU, TI do not believe anyone can enter the new covenant if they do not believe those that hunger and thirst for righteousness will be filled with a righteousness that is like God. His righteousness is true. That is the promise of the Holy Spirit and it is but one promise of those Jesus gave.

T,The Spirit did not come to teach men all things in the age of the Law of Mosses or at any other time before the coming of the New Covenant.

Philippians 3:6
New International Version (NIV)6 as for zeal, persecuting the church; as for righteousness based on the law, faultless.
