WHY IS IT NEW

There is mercy Terra mercy.
all our good works are as dirty raggs to God.
But we have mercy;forgiveness of sins,if we believe,and
follow the commandments.Love your neibour as yourselves.
That is the essence of all the commandments.So never throw stones at your neibour,or be full of wrath
with your brother or sister.
Before you pray to God;you must make peace with the brother/sister you hate.Before you ask God for mercy;you must have mercy on your enemy.Let no anger have place in your heart.

The old testament required humans to love as God loves by human effort but allowed ceremonies for the forgiveness of unintentional sin. There are those that were said to be righteous under it.
The new covenant replaces human effort with the Spirit of Christ and by it true righteousness can be obtained for those that believe and God forgives the sins committed beforehand.

1) the old covenant says the man that will obey all my commandments will live by them and so not die ;
2) the new covenant says “jesus speaking;obey my commandments and believe in me and the one that as send me and YOU WILL RECEIVE ETERNAL LIVE (WILL LIVE BY IT )
IN BOTH CASES WE HAVE THE EFFORT OF ACTIONS ;SO MY QUESTION REMAINS

Obeying God is the same under both covenants. The difference is the how. No one was given the Holy Spirit to live according to under the Old Covenant instead they were given the law. The Spirit is the gift of the new covenant and a person can live by it according to faith. To do so they must believe they can.

Kerwinthe first commandment says ;to love your GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART ,MIND,STRENGTH AND ALL YOUR SOUL ;
DID CHRIST CHANGE THIS COMMANDMENT
YES /NO TO ME CHRIST NEVER CHANGE IT ,BUT REINFORCED IT ,

Jesus did not come to change the law but to fulfill it. If a person bears the fruit of the Spirit then they fulfill the righteous requirements of the Law.
Romans 8:4
New International Version (NIV)4 in order that the righteous requirement of the law might be fully met in us, who do not live according to the flesh but according to the Spirit.
Galatians 5:22-23
New International Version (NIV)22 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, 23 gentleness and self-control. Against such things there is no law.

Joy, peace, and forbearance are all product of living according to the teachings of God's Spirit so the the answer for your prompt is yes.
There is no law against these things and when you do them you obey the law by your nature.

The Spirit teaches knowledge but not necessary that of the mind. It teaches out spirit or perhaps our soul.

The ten commandments is imposible to follow in perfection.
Break one ,and we are guilty of all.We are seen guilty in Gods eyes. Because all the ten is of the same God.
This means there is no hope for them that will be judged by the law. They are as good as lost.But if we are judged by Christ;there is mercy.
For he has sacrificed Himself for us. If we accept him,
He will give mercy,and we will be saved.
But need to follow him only.The test for us will come, when we have chosen Him, rather then our own lives. We must not buckle, when forced to worship the false prophet,and his image.
Many that worship him with lips only,will fall.
they will save their own lives.wakeup.
