Revelation 14:13 And I heard a voice from heaven saying unto me, Write,

Those are the ones that died before the great tribulation.
They will be judged by their works. A true christian,will be resurrected at the coming. A non true christian will be judged after the thousand years are expired.The second judgement, and the second death; if found guilty.

it become obvious when you know the scriptures that God never created evil ,but men as corrupted the bibles but it can be understood by those that seek the truth ,that it is so ,

God is good; He is creating more children by putting them through the fire.
Wash them clean, before giving them a spirit body.
All are purified by fire.
It is painful; but God knows what he is doing.
God is good,God is wisdom.Not many can understand His wisdom.
