Nick is correct, all son means is descendant. We capitalize it to show he is the chief decendant of David.

Jesus used it in the sense of descendant here.

the holy spirit does not conceive children but foretell their coming
but Jesus was conceived by the power of God ,or put in Mary’s womb to receive the cover of flesh ,
but Mary had nothing to do with the son of God in her ,just cover it naturally with flesh ,she was a surrogate mother to the son of God ,
that was created before her ,similar to what John said Jn 1:15 John testifies concerning him. He cries out, saying, “This was he of whom I said, ‘He who comes after me has surpassed me because he was before me.’

I do not assume it; I know it because Scripture tells us that God’s spirit is the Spirit of Truth.

After all the words “Spirit of God” is a paraphrase of the words “Spirit that precedes from God”.
There is but one Spirit in the unity of the Spirit.
