Wakeup, I cannot watch this video because I am on “dail-up” which is a really slow Internet connection (53kbps) but if this video is about what I think it is about — of Course God does not speak in an audio voice to anyone. Did you think that God speaks in an audio voice occasionally? I assume that you do, as you said “NOT ALL voices come from God”.
