Princess
It seems like you have chosen to pick and chose what parts of the bible you like and what parts you don’t. What a shame. It is written that if we have food and clothing that we should be content; that we should not want. We are told not to live for this world but for the world to come. If God has chosen men to be the head of women here, who are we to say its unfair? But you deny scripture when it is written, “Every male that openeth the womb shall be called holy to the Lord” saying in your heart, how dare God chose another before me, we are all equal. Equality does not exist, but we may rest assured that God is just and to follow him is to be justified. It is written, “anyone who thinks he is something, he is nothing”. Satan fell by arrogance and pride, I pray you don’t allow yourself to follow his example. If you deny the scriptures, you deny Christ because it was in the Spirit of Christ who wrote them.

Lilith, is in Scripture but false tales has grown around her that are not Scripture. She is a demon type not a human as far as Scripture is considered. Some think she is a screech owl.
Hinduism is a confusing religion that has a trinity that is the incarnation of their one God and each member of the trinity has incarnations. If I remember correctly humans are incarnations of a part of their one God with east cast coming from certain parts of that body. Shiva the Destroyer has the feminize aspect of Shakti.
It is clearly a corrupted form of monotheism.
December 31, 2014 at 8:56 am#787963princessParticipantAnasta, So who is your God?
….and thanks for the well wishes and concern for my salvation. 😉
December 31, 2014 at 2:03 pm#787964princessParticipantYes, Cam he can be.
December 31, 2014 at 2:40 pm#787965princessParticipantYes Kerwin I have read a bit on her. Ancient amulets are found throughout cultures to protect newborn children from her. The owl is different, I have never read that before. Thank you!
Ah Hinduism…what a colorful faith, little creepy with the god icons. As with all religion’s it has some good teachings.
Monotheism-belief in one god. That dear Kerwin is a thread in itself.
as always Kerwin, a pleasure chatting with you.

My God does not belong to me, but I to him and he is the same one whom we all belong to whether we accept him and the one he sent or not. My God and Father is the same as my Christ`s God and Father, the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Israel… And no problem, God wishes none to perish and neither do I.
Do you profess a different God than me?
December 31, 2014 at 7:57 pm#787968NickHassanParticipantHi Princess,
God would have us all somewhat like the holy vessel Paul expressing God’s own nature and powers among us.
The Spirit of God does that.
That blessing is still available.[acts 2.39]
December 31, 2014 at 11:05 pm#787972CamilliaParticipantI do not think following Paul’s words are as important as following Jesus’ words……….I guess with Paul it is matter of understanding him or misunderstanding him, as Peter said. Still:
34 “Then the King will say to those on His right, ‘Come, you who are blessed of My Father, inherit the kingdom prepared for you from the foundation of the world. 35 For I was hungry, and you gave Me something to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me something to drink; I was a stranger, and you invited Me in; 36 naked, and you clothed Me; I was sick, and you visited Me; I was in prison, and you came to Me.’ 37 Then the righteous will answer Him, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, and feed You, or thirsty, and give You something to drink? 38 And when did we see You a stranger, and invite You in, or naked, and clothe You? 39 When did we see You sick, or in prison, and come to You?’ 40 The King will answer and say to them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did it to one of these brothers of Mine, even the least of them, you did it to Me.’
41 “Then He will also say to those on His left, ‘Depart from Me, accursed ones, into the eternal fire which has been prepared for the devil and his angels; 42 for I was hungry, and you gave Me nothing to eat; I was thirsty, and you gave Me nothing to drink; 43 I was a stranger, and you did not invite Me in; naked, and you did not clothe Me; sick, and in prison, and you did not visit Me.’ 44 Then they themselves also will answer, ‘Lord, when did we see You hungry, or thirsty, or a stranger, or naked, or sick, or in prison, and did not [e]take care of You?’ 45 Then He will answer them, ‘Truly I say to you, to the extent that you did not do it to one of the least of these, you did not do it to Me.’ 46 These will go away into eternal punishment, but the righteous into eternal life.”
So, even if some know Paul, and another doesn’t follow Paul… many are saved simply through the way they treat others, and others sent away due to mistreatment.
December 31, 2014 at 11:06 pm#787973CamilliaParticipantthere are a lot of Paul’s in this day and age. there is no judgment, just no spark. ecclesiastics is one of the most smallest books of the bible and it gives all kind of sound and vibration.
I know what you are saying, Princess.
December 31, 2014 at 11:51 pm#787975CamilliaParticipantI think many of us lose a spark over time and due to experiences. How do we get it back?
January 1, 2015 at 12:49 am#787978kerwinParticipantPrincess,
You should be careful about believing feminist doctrine. It is a new thing and even Debora, a judge of Israel, would not agree with it. Some even claim she is a prophet of God.
I am of the opinion that many religions are corruptions of the true faith. Feminism gets wound up about gender roles and forgets the more important things of seeking God’s righteousness and kingdom.
January 1, 2015 at 3:56 am#787981GeneBalthropParticipantPrincess…….Paul clearly said that in christ there is no difference male or female we are all one in christ. Also God is no respector of persons. He looks on the hearts of us all. While we each have roles in life that may be different, that does not make women less important then men IMO, why do you feel women are less important then men in life?
peace and love to you and yours……………….gene
January 1, 2015 at 7:22 am#787984NickHassanParticipantHi Cam,
Were the words of Paul inspired by a different spirit than those of Jesus?
Would you try to divide the Spirit of God??
January 1, 2015 at 9:48 am#787985CamilliaParticipantNick, I am not judging either way. But, I certainly would not judge another person’s faith based on their adherence to Paul!
January 1, 2015 at 10:35 am#787988CamilliaParticipantI personally believe that Paul is fine and a true apostle, though I have tested what he wrote, and we are allowed to do that.
The problem is with today’s audience who twist what he says, takes him out of context, or misunderstands him.
Paul should never be read imo until Jesus and the disciples are understood.
January 1, 2015 at 11:22 am#787992princessParticipantAnastas,
Tell me something, lets say you introduce me to your god and tell me of the wonderful things this god did and can do for me (without gender). I’m in awe, my mind and heart are right there. Then I said to you wow she must be wonderful, how do I get to know her better………….
it is all in the way you lay out the ground work. so no ours are different.
January 1, 2015 at 11:26 am#787993princessParticipantNick,
You are a dear one, thank you. I’ve always chuckled every time someone gets their feathers in a ruffle with you.
we are to be found in spirit and truth.
January 1, 2015 at 11:32 am#787994princessParticipantMs. Cam,
how do we get the spark back, I believe to each their own. Right now I’ve asked to have every dark corner of my heart to be revealed and healed. that is my spark right now.
hope you find yours!
January 1, 2015 at 11:57 am#787995princessParticipantPersonally Kerwin, I have read up on a few. Some are down right blah! I do prefer the story though when a women was going through her bleeding time they would send her out in the fields to cleanse the land of pests. I could see it working! LOL!
the creepiest of one is where during the same time a woman think the high priestess blood was used for ritual purposes. yep they drink it! OY VEY!
I’ve always like Debra she was out of the ordinary. I agree, faith gets wrapped up in gender roles. But no Kerwin, I am not attached to any such faith that you speak of. thank you for your concern. I do know what to avoid. That much I have been taught.
as always Kerwin.
January 1, 2015 at 12:11 pm#787996princessParticipantPeace and love to you and yours Gene,
the only difference in male and female are the reproductive organs. that’s it.
we each have to breathe, eat, drink.
Most are misunderstanding me which is fine, it is not theirs. For you to tell me the roles are different, how are they different Gene?
