Nick.Wrong again.
Jesus is the rock foundation.May 15, 2014 at 1:38 am#382348NickHassanParticipantHi WU,
He is the foundation stoneEph 2
Now therefore ye are no more strangers and foreigners, but fellowcitizens with the saints, and of the household of God;20 And are built upon the foundation of the apostles and prophets, Jesus Christ himself being the chief corner stone;
1Peter2
If so be ye have tasted that the Lord is gracious.4 To whom coming, as unto a living stone, disallowed indeed of men, but chosen of God, and precious,
5 Ye also, as lively stones, are built up a spiritual house, an holy priesthood, to offer up spiritual sacrifices, acceptable to God by Jesus Christ.
6 Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief corner stone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on him shall not be confounded.
7 Unto you therefore which believe he is precious: but unto them which be disobedient, the stone which the builders disallowed, the same is made the head of the corner,
8 And a stone of stumbling, and a rock of offence, even to them which stumble at the word, being disobedient: whereunto also they were appointed.
1Cor 3
For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.10 According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed how he buildeth thereupon.
11 For other foundation can no man lay than that is laid, which is Jesus Christ.

Christ is the “Corner Stone”
You said Christ is the foundation stone laid on a rock?
The corner stone is the first stone laid Christ and the 12 apostles are that foundation, (solid) we build on their foundation (their teachings) which are solid as a rock.So you did get it wrong. You should correct your choice of words.

Time is telling now.May 15, 2014 at 4:19 am#382383NickHassanParticipantHi ,
Lk 6King James Version (KJV)
47 Whosoever cometh to me, and heareth my sayings, and doeth them, I will shew you to whom he is like:
48 He is like a man which built an house, and digged deep, and laid the foundation on a rock: and when the flood arose, the stream beat vehemently upon that house, and could not shake it: for it was founded upon a rock.
49 But he that heareth, and doeth not, is like a man that without a foundation built an house upon the earth; against which the stream did beat vehemently, and immediately it fell; and the ruin of that house was great.

So Jesus is called the cornerstone in the building.[eph 2.20-22]
The rock is his teachingsMay 15, 2014 at 9:10 am#382397NickHassanParticipantHi,
So those established in Christ Jesus are wise if they make sure their foundation is the rock [lk6. 47f]and not just their own opinions
Using the grace available in Jesus through prayer all manner of blessings can be added into our structure. 1 cor 3 10f
Then as living stones [1 peter 2 4-5] we can be added into the structure God is building [eph 2 19f]
A temple in which all are one in the Spirit and worshiping the Lord God of Israel.May 15, 2014 at 2:01 pm#382404WakeupParticipantQuote (Nick Hassan @ May 15 2014,20:10) Hi,

Nick. But you belong to another foundation dont you?
You belong to the; saved by water, and born again now, and you are spirit now people.
Dont deny your faith. Stay where you are.
For this is more comforting,nice to hear. It gives you the feeling of being secure,and relaxing.God is good;God is love;
God is merciful.
The more you repeat that;the more He will love you.
No need for the doom and gloom part,For you wont be here,
but up and away in the clouds, looking down, and smiling.
And say to the earth: poor people why didn't they listen.Jesus does not teach those things you believe in.
It's a different foundation. I have Jesus as my foundation.
He says: you are only saved when you have made it to the resurrection. And the real baptism is HIS baptism, not men's.
And HE chooses carefully whom he baptise.
Not anyone/everyone will be baptized by the Holy Ghost.
This foundation is not popular and much hated.Your foudation is easier to swallow.
Just get wet, and you are saved and born again; but wait: there is more: you are spirit. All for the price of one.(just water).
And if you ring and get baptized now;you get the rapture
included for free.
Can't get a better deal than that.
This teaching is comforting therefore much more popular.
It has reached the top charts.Nick; as long as you are happy with yourself;enjoy.
Be happy, dont worry. You have got yourself a very
good deal there.wakeup.
May 15, 2014 at 4:49 pm#382412NickHassanParticipantHi WU,
Why do you kick against the goad and oppose the teachings of Jesus and His Father?
These are not his words but yours“He says: you are only saved when you have made it to the resurrection. And the real baptism is HIS baptism, not men's.”
May 15, 2014 at 8:55 pm#382435NickHassanParticipantHi WU,
The Son of God has suffered and died.
Those joined with him in baptism have died [rom6] and will not suffer and die in the tribulation.May 16, 2014 at 7:57 am#382559WakeupParticipantQuote (Nick Hassan @ May 16 2014,07:55) Hi WU,
