Zion will travail when she goes into labour, ready to bring forth her children.

The travailing and labour pains will be the great tribulation coming upon all christians, where they will have to make a choice now, take the mark of the beast or die.

The labour pains are the suffering and persecutions of the saints that we will all go through.

After the labour comes the birth. The resurrection, when all the saints are raised to spirit. Born again.
At the same time, the Jews will be raised from the dead into flesh, ….more children…a nation born in one day, living as one with Christ and the saints in the kingdom on earth and preparing them for their spiritual transformation.
