You are deceiving yourself as you adhere to teachings that are at best merely inferred in Scripture.
Neither God or his Heir speak clearly at all times. You should be well aware of that as the disciples made it clear and Jesus testified why he was not.
In this case it is hardly inference as Jesus testified 1) that the Holy Spirit teaches us and 2) that Scripture testifies we need a new spirit to enter the kingdom of God.

As I said previously the Holy Spirit teaches a believers spirit and gives it the power to overcome the world.

Nick.You have misunderstood those scriptures.
We are not spirit;but the spirit of Christ is in us.
Dont go telling anyone that you are spirit.
Especially to non believers.
