1) He is the first individual that was revealed from out of the dead.
2) He is the first of those that are revealed out of the dead.The 2nd is true because he is Lord of all things in heaven and on earth.
The first is false if you consider Lazarus and others that were called from among the dead to continue living their mortal lives.
If you disregard those as not applying because you assume that it is speaking to those revealed for eternal life then you have Moses whose died and yet is recorded as living and visiting with Jesus when he was transfigured on the mountain.
A passage that Jesus later refers to as a vision and one Peter later refers to as actually occurring, 2 Peter 1:16-18.
