For it is sanctified by the word of God and prayer.The Word does wash clean[Jn 15]
But so does the Spirit sanctify.
Romans 15:16
That I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Ghost.1 Corinthians 6:11
And such were some of you: but ye are washed, but ye are sanctified, but ye are justified in the name of the Lord Jesus, and by the Spirit of our God.
Hi Nick:I agree. Ultimately, it is God, our Father, who by his Spirit is sanctifying us through his Word. (John 17:15-17)

t8 or Nick: Did something happen to the “John 17:3” section of “Biblical Doctrine?” I had it on my tracker and now it has dissapeared? I can't seem to find it anywhere?
