That is the unfortunate lie that is preached by all ministers, it has people believing, all they have to do is go to a church, and when the trouble starts they all go to heaven. I can't blame you for wanting to believe that.

Scripture shows the great tribulation begins with a time of sorrows and finishes with the wrath of God.We are not destined to face the wrath of God.

Can you not find it?
Many are saved through it.Revelation 7:15
And he said, “These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore, “they are before the throne of God and serve him day and night in his temple; and he who sits on the throne will spread his tent over them.That is the scripture I thought you would show, this is what it really says.
Rev 7:14 And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb.
Notice, it is verse 14, not 15, then it says, (“These are they which came out of great tribulation,”).
There is no (“the”) in there, does that matter? very much. Every one of these martyrs, saints, came out of great tribulation. They are the once that were persecuted first by the Romans, and then by Antichrist. Would you be able to see your children tortured, your wife burned on a stake, and than be thrown in an arena full of wild animals, and not deny Christ? I call that a great tribulation, and I thank God we don't have to face that today.
No sir. if you think there is another “great tribulation” coming, you have to think of something else.

You really don't have an answer, do you. You don't even know what the tribulation is; if it were to come yet, you wouldn't know when, and you have no clue that it has already happened. But you got to keep up the pretense, Nick Hassan, the man that has all the answers, but no understanding.
You know why I keep up with you, my hope was, and is, that my answers will help someone else to learn, some one that has an interest in truth, I know you don't.Georg
I am really saddened by the fact that there is no interest shown for truth, and understanding, on this side. It seems as so you Nick, have been chosen by all others, to be the champion for traditional teaching.
Jesus was the light of the world, but the world loved darkness, and it still does. Jesus spoke of his church as a little flock, if 80% of Americans, who claim to be Christians, were his body, that would not be a little flock.
There is a big difference in thinking you have the Holy Spirit, and knowing you do. As long as you follow traditional teaching, you only think you do. The fact that you reject any teaching without testing, and reasoning, shows that you thing you do.
It is to bad I had to realise this side is not for learning and teaching, it is only for opinionating.

The historical facts you offer are true.
But the weak links you give to scripture are your opinions.Jesus did not return before our birth and you should know that proves you wrong.
Seminaries around the country tend to clone preachers with the same doctrines and beliefs that they were taught with a little tweaking here and there.If it is wrong then the blind are still leading the blind and both will end up in the pit of pain and suffering.Lets try to erase all doctrines about destruction and wrath on people because Jesus came to reveal the Gospel of the Truth.That is good news. You might say, well somebody is not getting good news in the scriptures.True. Those who continue to proliferate Biblical bad news and destruction will get exactly what they believe in this world.As a man believeth in his heart, so he is. What is on the inside will be revealed outside.Whatever a person chooses to accept as their beliefs will come to pass in their life. Anyone that is of God is of peace, love, joy, longsuffering, meekness, kindness, gentleness etc.! You will reap in life that which you sow. If you sow evil,hate,destruction,wars,chaos etc. that is what you will reap in your life experiences. We must guard our hearts with all diligence. What you percieve as Truth you will believe as Truth,and therby experience that in your life.We have the mind of Christ which is the annointing power of God within. If we cover that power with beliefs that are anti-christ or not in line with Jesus Christ we will reap what we give out to the world. This is the Truth of the Gospel of God through Jesus. Please stop looking for physical war and devastation physically when those are pictures of what is going on in your mind. If we believe in evil, we will produce more evil.
