Georg,
Lk13
23Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them,24Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.
25When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:
26Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.
27But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.
March 23, 2009 at 7:57 pm#125519NickHassanParticipantGeorg,
The door was shut on the sleepy bridemaids.
But, of course, they were already friends of the groom.
You say you never had a chance to meet him before his return.
He has not returned and you are another alarmist walking in his own lights.March 23, 2009 at 10:33 pm#125525CindyParticipantQuote (Nick Hassan @ Mar. 24 2009,06:33) Georg,

NickThese are the once that that heard the call, they were invited, but ignored it; by the time they realised what they missed out on, it was to late.
Luk 14:16 Then said he unto him, A certain man made a great supper, and bade many:
Luk 14:17 And sent his servant at supper time to say to them that were bidden, Come; for all things are now ready.
Luk 14:18 And they all with one consent began to make excuse. The first said unto him, I have bought a piece of ground, and I must needs go and see it: I pray thee have me excused.
Luk 14:19 And another said, I have bought five yoke of oxen, and I go to prove them: I pray thee have me excused.
Luk 14:20 And another said, I have married a wife, and therefore I cannot come.
Luk 14:21 So that servant came, and shewed his lord these things. Then the master of the house being angry said to his servant, Go out quickly into the streets and lanes of the city, and bring in hither the poor, and the maimed, and the halt, and the blind. The invited once were the Israelites, when they rejected the invitation, God called in the Gentiles.

NickThe sleepy bridesmaids represent the saints that, once the persecution stopped in 1834, some of them began to relax in their prayer, and study; they ran out of oil, the Holy Spirit, it cost them the wedding party.
No, I never met Jesus before his return, or after.
I don't hold it against you for not believing that he has returned, if you can't prove it to yourself, no one else can.Georg
March 24, 2009 at 12:51 am#125537NickHassanParticipantSo you say Georg, but I have doubts about your inspiration.
You should know the master and should know he will come back for his people.March 24, 2009 at 2:14 am#125550CindyParticipantNick
When did you meet the master?
March 24, 2009 at 2:18 am#125552NickHassanParticipantGeorg,
I met him in the Word 30 years ago.
Still love him.March 24, 2009 at 2:24 am#125555NickHassanParticipantMet him in the Spirit in 1980.
Still walking with him.March 24, 2009 at 2:35 am#125556CindyParticipantNick
No wonder you feel so privileged being the only one who ever saw him and shook his hand.
March 24, 2009 at 2:50 am#125557NickHassanParticipantGeorg,
You should try to be pleasant.

Jn16
19Jesus knew that they wished to question Him, and He said to them, “Are you deliberating together about this, that I said, 'A little while, and you will not see Me, and again a little while, and you will see Me'?20″Truly, truly, I say to you, that you will weep and lament, but the world will rejoice; you will grieve, but your grief will be turned into joy.
March 24, 2009 at 11:25 am#125568CindyParticipantOK Nick, now tell me what that means to you?
March 24, 2009 at 6:14 pm#125583NickHassanParticipantGeorg,
You should SEE the Lord.March 24, 2009 at 7:39 pm#125585CindyParticipantNick, I will, what's his address?
March 24, 2009 at 7:46 pm#125586NickHassanParticipantGeorg,
Has he not yet found a home in you?March 24, 2009 at 7:51 pm#125587NickHassanParticipantGeorg,
When Jesus comes back and is united with his body there will be no living sons of God left here, only those bridesmaids who had fallen asleep and the Word of God. God wants all to be saved so Jesus would not return before you had an opportunity to repent and to be reborn into him.March 24, 2009 at 10:14 pm#125611CindyParticipantOK Nick
So tell me, how will you know when Jesus comes back?
And how will you know when he is united with his body?March 24, 2009 at 10:29 pm#125613NickHassanParticipantGeorg,
The dead will rise first and then we who are in him will be taken up to meet him in the air.March 24, 2009 at 10:57 pm#125622CindyParticipantNick, I ask you, how will you know when?
Will you see the dead rise?
Are you in him, or is he in you?
Since Jesus is coming down to earth; how high up in the air do you think you have to go?
I know, here I go with all these questions again, I keep forgetting, you don't answer questions.March 25, 2009 at 2:52 pm#125649KangarooJackParticipantThinker said to Nick:
Quote He [Jesus]returned in ad70 and has been here since. Georg asked:
Quote Can you explain that a little, with biblical prove. Georg,
Jesus connected His second coming in judgment upon Israel with the destruction of the temple and of Jerusalem (Luke 21). According to history this happened in AD70. Therefore, Jesus came back in AD70.thinker
