Mike;You have a point it is a general statement. I do see that wickedness had grown among humanity; which I believe also include the giants; though they are only referred to as males in Genesis 6:4.
To All…….To me the clearest scriptures that describe Jesus return is found in
Luk 21:25……An there shall be signs in the sun, and in the moon, and in the stars: and upon the earth distress of nations, with perplexity, the sea and the waves roaring; 26, Mens hearts failing them for fear, and for looking after those things which are coming on the earth: for the powers of heaven shall be shaken, 27, and then shall they see the Son of man coming in the clouds with power and great glory.,28, and when these things begin to come to pass, then look up and lift up your heads for your redemption draws near.
Now notice what it says concerning the earth “the sea and the wave roaring” why? because the powers of heaven (the gravitational pulls on this earth which stabilizes it will be “shaken” and the earth will wobble through space and naturally the seas and waves will roar, maybe a hundred to three hundred foot wave will be produced by this, Isaiah tells us that the earth will go to and fro like a drunkard.
I believe there is going to be a giant asteroid or planet going to go through our galaxy and effect our solar system and disrupt our gravitational powers that lock the solar system together and cause these events to take place .
We will see it coming on this earth before it get here and all the earth will know it is coming and when the effects begin it will cause great panic on this earth as never seen sense it's creation, these waves could destory much of humanity living on this earth especially those living close to the coast lands at sea levels and whole cities could easily be destoryed. It certainly will cause some to have heart attacks becasue of the fear of this event coming on the earth. IMO
But we are told to look up and lifts up our heads; when we begin to see “THESE THINGS” come to pass for our redemption draws nigh >

It seems to me that Satan was still included among the “sons of God” who presented themselves in Job 1 and 2. This was after he tempted Eve in the garden.
But that is a good question to ponder: Are the angels who have rebelled against God still “sons of God”?

Mike B.If you read that scripture very carefully,you will notice that it says:
Job 1:6. Now there was a day when the sons of God(Gods angels)came to present themselves before the Lord.SATAN WAS NOT INVITED TO THAT MEETING; he just came by when God asked him;(he was just roaming around heaven and earth).
where do you come from satan? and satan answered; from going to and fro the earth,and from walking up and down it.Do you noticed that satan was not suppose to be in that meeting,he just came past.That meeting was not solely to discus Job,but some other matters in heaven.
SAtan and his angels were created by God,but they have divorced them selves from the creator.
Children today can also divorce them selves from their parents; meaning they dont want to recognise their parents anymore.wakeup.
I understand it as Satan came along with the other sons of God who all came to present themselves before their God. I don't see any reason to think Satan crashed a party he wasn't invited to.

In the last days, deception and false wonders will be so great that even if it were possible it would deceive all even the elect.

Not sure if I have posted this one before, but there are some points worth thinking about. As an aside and related to another topic, he mentions that Greek was the main language due to Alexander the Great's conquests and that Hebrew was a religious language.
Back to the subject. I think the Nephilim is a subject that most Christians ignore, or know little about. Because it is tied into the days of Noah, it is certainly worth our attention, especially if we are the ones to see the last days.
Chapter 7
1It happened after the sons of men had multiplied in those days, that daughters were born to them, elegant and beautiful.

THOSE HYBRIDS DIED IN THE FLOOD;AND THEIR SPIRITS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN HEAVEN;AND THEY ARE THE EVIL SPIRITS ON EARTH.
THE FALLEN ANGELS SEE THEM AS INFERIOR TO THEM.

Yes according to Enoch they are the evil spirits. And some claim to be in contact with these spirits. And we know that many shall be deceived by doctrines of demons in the last days.
I would not be surprised at all if a great lie is espoused to the whole world regarding our origins. I even saw a video not long ago from Richard Dawkins where he accepted that humans could be the result of intelligent design. Seriously. But there was a catch. This designer is not God, but ET. He agrees it is possible that they left a genetic marker, a sort of signature in our DNA that points to them. He didn't say for sure this was true, but that it was a possible explanation as to how humanity came to exist.
Further, whenever I corner an Atheist regarding how something cannot come from nothing thereby proving that the first thing must be eternal, I usually get the lame response that it might not be God that created us, but Aliens, and they were created by Aliens and so on.
Such a lie could satisfy Atheists, and also those of other religions, and even weak Christians. If false signs appear to try and deceive even the Elect, then they have to be powerful delusions and if demons posed as ET and appeared or manifested themselves to humanity in great signs even frightening signs from the Heavens, then those who cling to the Bible will be thought of as those who are outmoded and should get with the facts.
Remember that the Devil is the one who sowed the tares. Thus the day may come where the so-called sower might reveal himself to the tares.
Jesus said, he did not come in his own name and he was rejected, yet another comes in his own name and him you shall receive.
Also interesting to note that the Book of Enoch was written for a far off generation and that is us. Further, as in the days of Noah, so it will be in that time. Perhaps this is orchestrated. We are living in or near those days, and this book is available to anyone with an Internet connection. Amazing considering there was a world wide hunt for this book during the Reformation.
