Egypt was the first empire, and Babylon was there already. All the false beliefs came out of there.

Sister, the word “church” is also the word of God, written in the Bible. The church established by Christ in the 1st century by the commandment of his Father, and have been prophecy that there shall be one church in the future (our time John 10:16 ERV) because the 1st century church established by Christ has been apostatized (Acts 20:29-30 NKJV) and need to be restored in due time.
