The Lord (Jesus Christ) does not destroy Satan at his coming, but destroys the false prophet and the beast.(rev 19:20) as Satan is bound for 1000 years. (rev 20:2) So none of the two scriptures mentioned refer to Satan. God is our Father, Satan is their Father, they are sons. John 8:44   Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.

Where does all that knowledge come from?

That title belongs to Jesus,only he will be the king of this world in near future.To him the crown will be given.
