    G,
    No.
The Spirit does not flourish in everyone.
Those that ARE LED BY the Spirit are the sons of God.[Rom8]

    G,
That is why fruit matters and miracles are not good proof.
Gal 5 shows us the fruit that comes from being led by the Spirit.
We are to become sources of fresh water, not even salty mixed with fresh[Jas].

    Hi,
It is no longer I that liveth but Christ that liveth in me.
    The Lord is the Spirit.

    Hi,
Christ Jesus is in heaven but his Spirit is among us.
So scripture uses CHRIST for the Spirit of Christ.
That unlocks a lot of scripture[1Cor10 etc]

it is the will of Christ that move us to change and do the things he want us to do
and so it is his spirit or his way that we obey and because we obey he lives in us not physically but in taught (is spirit)
and because his spirit is the truth of the will of God,also we are moved by the spirit of God

    this is my understanding

    Hi T,
The Spirit of Christ must be in you or you are none of his.[Rom8]

    Hi,
John clarifies it in his first letter Ch1 v1-3.

He saw and bore witness to the ETERNAL LIFE- that which was IN CHRIST Jesus.

Eternal life is in the Living Spirit of God and though Jesus is the source of that life for us the man is not that life.

What John proclaims is the anointed message from the Spirit of God in the vessel of Christ Jesus-His words are from God and are spirit and life to us

    Hi,
    Phil 1
    '..to live is Christ..”

    Col3
    “..Christ is our life..”

Both speak of Christ as Spirit.

    So does 1Cor 10.4 I believe

    Hi,
When Jesus promised in Jn 16 he would see them again and they would rejoice and their prayers would be answered he was speaking of pentecost.

    Hi T,
    True.

The words and actions of Jesus after the Jordan are those of God in him.
Likewise much of what is said about him relates to the Eternal Spirit of God in him

    Hi Nick,

Quite right; Jesus second coming occurred at “Pentecost”! Click here

Jesus is at the right hand of the Father.

    Hi Nick,

Will you have us to believe Jesus head is somewhere else?
Are you comparing now Jesus to “John the baptist”? (Matt.14:8-11 / Mark 6:24-28)

    Hi ED,
Jesus is the head of the body of Christ and is at the right hand of the Father where Stephen saw him.

The Spirit manifests his presence among his brothers and joins them to him.

Do you not know these things?

    Hi Nick,

Don't you NOT know that Jesus being at the right hand of God is:
living in the hearts of the believers in Spirit form? (John 14:23)

John 14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words:
and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.
Could a non-believer follow him into Spirit without HolySpirit? (John 8:21 / John 13:36)

    Hi ED,
No God is also in us as Spirit but IS in heaven. We are too seated with Christ in heaven in the communion of Spirit with Jesus and his God[col2]
That is why Jesus told us to pray to him there[Mt6] and why His Spirit in us can assist in our prayers.[Rom8]
The communion in the Spirit [2Cor13]can take us into the heart and thoughts of God.

    Hi ED,
God calls his elect into that unity.
Only when they respond and obey can they see the kingdom.[Jn3]
