Hi Thinker,Have you read the story in Gen.22:2-8?
How about this all important verse in Rev.13:8?
And then there's also the shadow picture in Gen.2:21.
So you see my friend, your logic simply DOES NOT ADD UP!God bless

The high Priest offered himself as a sacrifice.[Heb7.27 Heb914, Heb10.12]June 1, 2010 at 7:40 pm#193537NickHassanParticipantHi,
Note that Jesus offered himself THROUGH THE LIVING SPIRIT.[heb9.14]
The sacrifice was HIS BODY [Heb10.10]June 10, 2010 at 8:47 pm#195055NickHassanParticipantHi,
Jesus was the high priest who carried his own body into the temple .
He had died and was alive only in the Spirit.
Now the Lord is the SpiritWhen CHRIST Jesus is mentioned in scripture it is the anointing that is more important.
April 15, 2012 at 9:26 am#292467NickHassanParticipantHi,
Christ Jesus was made perfect through suffering and death and appointed as High Priest.
He is the source of eternal salvation to those who obey him.
Heb 5April 27, 2012 at 1:25 am#295203NickHassanParticipantHi,
Jesus was told by God he had been begotten of God.Hebrews 5
1For every high priest taken from among men is ordained for men in things pertaining to God, that he may offer both gifts and sacrifices for sins:2Who can have compassion on the ignorant, and on them that are out of the way; for that he himself also is compassed with infirmity.
3And by reason hereof he ought, as for the people, so also for himself, to offer for sins.
4And no man taketh this honour unto himself, but he that is called of God, as was Aaron.
5So also Christ glorified not himself to be made an high priest; but he that said unto him, Thou art my Son, to day have I begotten thee.
6As he saith also in another place, Thou art a priest for ever after the order of Melchisedec.

Certainly his resurrection showed he was the Son and one who was prophesied to come and Peter expounded this in Acts 2-3April 29, 2012 at 10:13 am#295482kerwinParticipantQuote (Nick Hassan @ April 29 2012,15:20) Hi KW,
