Hi All:
I awoke this morning and had this topic on “my heart”, and I thought it would be a good topic for discussion.
We know that we have a physical heart which pumps the blood which carries nutrients and to the cells in our body and carries away wastes, and we know how critical is to have a healthy heart, and I believe that we need to discuss what we can do to maintain the health of our physical heart, but apparently, we have another heart in which our God takes an interest for he says about David:
Quote 1Sa 16:7 – Show Context
But the LORD said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the LORD seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but THE LORD LOOKETH ON THE HEART.God Bless

Do you know the Hebrew or Greek word for heart in Scripture?
Just curious.
When we give our heart to someone we are giving what we know of ourselves, but the Heart of us that only God knows is our true nature and cannot be hidden from Him, so therefore it matters not what our countenance shows we can't hide who we truly are from God.
