Some interpret that this armor is used to battle demons. I do not see that, unless you mean resisting them so they will run away.
Of course Satan's schemes show themselves in many ways such as the needy of this world being those he oppresses more than or in other ways than their neighbors. Or as a disaster, even way, that sweeps into the lives of our brother humans.
