Jammin………Well then i guess in you logic then we are God's also,  because we are “NOW” according to John the SONS OF GOD.  Or don't you believe this scripture,   “know you not brethren, that “NOW” you “ARE” the Sons of the Living GOD”.  

Seems you have a problem to figure out boy. If we are called the Son of the Living God now, then we like Jesus must be God's also right?, so what does that do to your Son of God equals a God thing boy.  I for one know I am no God of anykind.

Mike………..You would not have this problem you have, if you understood what a Spirit “IS” IT CAN BE “in” A body AND still not be a BODY, because Spirit have No Bodies never did and  never will either, IMO . I can easily see what Thomas meant, it makes perfect sense to me, God who is a Spirit was indeed “IN” the Body of Jesus , Just as Jesus said over and over He was “IN” HIM.

When are you going to start to truly believe what Jesus Said MIke? God the Father who is Spirit, was indeed “IN” Jesus and cohabited with Jesus, “IN” Jesus' Body which He considered a Temple, That is why He (GOD) said destroy this “TEMPLE” and in three days I (God the FATHER) will raise “IT” the body UP.

Terricca…………Where have i said “we” posses spirits, it's quite the other way around , they can posses us. If I were able to remove all spirit from you or anyone, you or they would simply be soon a dead cadaver . I wish you would not quote me unless you quote me accurately brother. You and Mike seem to miss quote me a lot of the time, or try to put words in my mouth which I never said.

Spirits are what life is imputing to us their cognate intellects into our minds which are in our bodies.  People with week minds or weakened minds can very easily  be controlled  and taken over by all kinds and types of spirits . What You fail to understand  the spirits in you “IS” you and does have control of you, and if that spirit is a unclean spirit it will effect you continually unless it is removed. You can not perfect yourself no matter how hard you try.

Just as it is written, a leopard can not change his spots, nor and Ethiopian his skin, neither can you . And unless the LORD build the house the weary builders build in vain. Christ never said the words, “I am not God”.  But neither did Michael, Gabriel, Samuel, David, Satan, or anyone else in the entire scriptures.  

Are all those people “God” just because they never explicitly said, “I am not God”?  Of course not.  So don't you think the fact that Jesus never said he was NOT God is a poor “proof” that Jesus IS God?  I do.

And although I don't agree with Gene on a lot of things, I agree that the scripture he paraphrased in the quote box above really says it all.  But it's not just the fact that Jesus HAS a God of his own.  What is telling is that the God OF Jesus is the same exact God of US.  So unless the God OF Jesus is some triune being made up of a father, son, and spirit, then the God of US isn't a triune being made up of father, son, and spirit.  Why?  Because you and I and Gene and Jesus ALL have the same exact God.
