I just finnished reading Genesis and its one of the books of the Bible i've read many times but even though i knew this, it struck me more this time i finnished it than any other time. When Joseph told his brothers that he forgave them and it didn't matter what they had done because though they had evil intentions, God had good purpose and saved many lives because of it. It was just cool and i don't know. Though you may have tough situations and you thought everyone betrayed you and forgot about you and you might not know whats going on or if God is there or not anymore for you…well, he is, and he has a plan.

“We know that all things work together for good to them that love God, to them who are the called according to his purpose.” (Romans 8:28)
God bless

God makes good things happen even in the midst of tribulation. For God can work out his plan regardless of our choices in life. So long as we are open to listening to him and obeying him. If we align our will with his, he can do amazing things though us in order to demonstrate his mighty power. He is the God of miracles.
I have lost count of the things that God has made strong in me that were once great weakness. We are after all here to reveal God's glory and worship him. This we can do even when all seems hopeless.
I suppose it is a testimony of triumph over evil, when light shines through darkness and when God's plan is worked out even when people have forced evil upon you. Such things are testimony to the power of God and the defeat of the Devil.

HI,
I too love the story of Joseph and his family. He had been betrayed by them and yet though he tested them he was ready to forgive and bless them. He could not control his emotions because of his love for them and he bore no grudges.Gen 50
” 14And Joseph returned into Egypt, he, and his brethren, and all that went up with him to bury his father, after he had buried his father.15And when Joseph's brethren saw that their father was dead, they said, Joseph will peradventure hate us, and will certainly requite us all the evil which we did unto him.
16And they sent a messenger unto Joseph, saying, Thy father did command before he died, saying,
17So shall ye say unto Joseph, Forgive, I pray thee now, the trespass of thy brethren, and their sin; for they did unto thee evil: and now, we pray thee, forgive the trespass of the servants of the God of thy father. And Joseph wept when they spake unto him.
18And his brethren also went and fell down before his face; and they said, Behold, we be thy servants.
19And Joseph said unto them, Fear not: for am I in the place of God?
20But as for you, ye thought evil against me; but God meant it unto good, to bring to pass, as it is this day, to save much people alive.
21Now therefore fear ye not: I will nourish you, and your little ones. And he comforted them, and spake kindly unto them.
22And Joseph dwelt in Egypt, he, and his father's house: and Joseph lived an hundred and ten years.”
