Hi,
Anyone else read this book?I guess Paul must have felt much the same in entering Athens in Acts 17 as I did.
How could someone standing on the words of so many famous men, scientists, philosophers, rationalists and Presidents ever be wrong?
However the science is rather pseudoscience, weak and based on implication smothered with logic- a new religion.
Is is not wonderful we do not have to convince anyone about anything?

Of course all the false gods, the false Jesus's, the false churches and false teachings give the way of Christ a bad name.

You should at this point realize you are defending atheism over Monotheism, in-fact I don't want you to injure your own reputation so I'll just let this go and let you deal with it yourself, you can even have the last word on this(I wonder how you will choose)BD, sounds to me like Nick is not endorsing this book.
Also, why would anyone serious about the truth read a book that promises virgins in heaven?Heaven is not a realm of earthly pleasures. But I guess that the notion is a popular one.

It's not?You mean no fruit or all the things described like the
the river of the water of life, bright as crystal, flowing from the throne of God and of the Lamb 2through the middle of the street of the city
It sounds very physical.
BD, Earth has things that are created in the likeness of Heaven. e.g., the River of Life and the water system on Earth both sustain life.
But man pro-creates and angels do not as they are a direct creation.
The Quran indirectly suggests that Heaven is the image of Earth and pro-creation.
This is carnal and appeals to carnal men.
