Hebrews 13:3
Remember those in prison as if you were their fellow prisoners, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering.Near the end of this video you can see some captives, some who have been held for more than 10 years by the FARC. Some have been chained by their necks for years and suffer torture and abuse.
The word captive is an interesting one. We can also be held captive to many things including false teaching. We don't often see that such things hold people captive too. Just because we can't see chains and fences doesn't meant that they are not there.

There are many Christians who are suffering persecution. These are members of our own body, the body of Christ, and we need to remember them in our prayers.
All who are in bondage to sin being held captive by it.
Amen to your comments also from my heart to all whom are persecuted for rightenousness sake. Even today many are hunted as game to the slaughter house , yet we shall never be forsaken by our Lord and saviour Jesus the Christ. The prayers of the rightous availeth much. May God bless all those and may deliverence take place for all. ………….

Thank you t8, lets pray for all that are hurting in one way or another. Praise the Lord O my Soul. Pray for all those of the Household of God. But most of all for those that are being tortured. Ptaise the Lord for all. Only God can help, put your trust in Him evermore.
