EDJ.Jesus was three days in the tomb,and on the third day he rose from the dead,; he met mary magdalena first,then went back to see his fatherin heaven.
Then he came to meet with his desciples,on and off for the period of forty days.and on the fortied day he went back to heaven.He will only come back at the second coming,then they will drink new wine together in his kingdom.

I cannot see why her touching him makes any difference but Jesus' words inferred it did.
It may have something to do with menstruation; as a women is considered unclean during that period.

Why could she not touch him?
Because it is the Father first that must touch him.
can not put the father second to anything.God purposely let a woman be the first witness ,because in those days,the witness of a woman does not count,amongst the jews.
