yes i am choosing my words the best i can ,but if you do not understand it ,it is not because of me.
i say what i mean and believe and do,you are intellectual ,i am spiritual,we may have a problem ,like the pharisees and the apostles.
if you want to ignore my comments that is your choice and wrights.
we all can ignore in scriptures what we do not want to understand or contradict our line of thoughts.
you say;;to continue
Im only asking for the burden of proof for validation of claim and reponses. as in explantions that make sense, doesnt mean you have to agree with me. just make sense.is this not similar to the pharisees questions?

Best dust off the bible and really read it.
Hey Nick, somebody else made that statement …. that is when we did, for the first time in our lives we read the Bible and left the Catholic Church…..

Well terrarica because your making sense im responding,
That first sentence makes sense.First of your comparison is messed up. You make a claim that i am an intellectual? how do you know that? This is a claim, show me how i am being intellectual?
And than show me the differnece between that and spiritual.
And second, the Pharisees disagreed with the Apostles,
Yet we have agreed in many points,Your problem is not that we disagree, but that we agree and you just dont like that.
I said i will ignore the comments you make that make no sense.
Your comments are not all scripture. and the scripture you use needs to be explained.
No actually its totally different. First show me a pharisee question and refer it back to my question.
I want to understand what you are stateing, by you making no sense, i cannot understand you. even though i want to.
Soooooooo im asking you to explain why you qoute, or write something so i can understand you, even though we MIGHT disagree.
Why do i ask this? so that we can avoid unnessary debates and or comments espeacially if we agree which we have many times in several points that i have mentioned before.
This is called a communication problem.
Now that your sentences make sense,
My only problem now is your conclusions.
im going to list your claims.1. I am a Intellectual- How do you know if you dont know me.
2. You are spiritual- how would i know, i donot know you.
Prove it.
Have you asked the spirit about either of the two conclusions above?3. Similar response to Pharisees questions. How, who, what specfic, what do you mean. what is your proof.
to conclude, you can tell me that you believe this, but you cannot tell me this is fact.
I can believe that you have green skin and that you have red hair. This is not fact, because i wouldnt know. I can tell you that you steal from the IRS, again i can believe this, but doesnt mean its true.
This is what you are doing to me.
if your going to make a conclusion, prove it.
You dont know me, therefore you have no right to tell me what i am, or not.If i have not done the same to you, why do you keep on persecuting me?
Ask the Spirit about that.
May 24, 2010 at 3:37 am#191890ProclaimerParticipantQuote (SimplyForgiven @ May 23 2010,18:56) hi t8, I see that you disagree with Mikes referense with you.
Maybe we should make a thread or profile that can show eachother exactly what we believe?
Do you think that is a good idea?
or is it bad?
It could help with our understanding.I see a big problem is because we dont know eachother, we are reacting to eachother as strangers and cant seem to get close enough. The only way to understand eachother, is to get to know eachother.
what do you think?
A poll has been set for this based on your idea. Have a look in the Feedback forum. Also, I do not disagree with Mike's/Dave's reference, but that I believe the word "aggelos" as translated as 'angel', means 'messenger' and the word is applied to men as well as heavenly creatures. So I believe that not all messengers are Cherub or Seraph, but can also be men and any other creature that is a messenger.
So to those who believe that the "Angel of the LORD" for example is/was Jesus before he partook of flesh, then I am saying that because the word angel is not specifically used for Cherubs or Seraphs, this means that also believing that Jesus is the Angel of the LORD should not to be taken to mean that he is one of these two types of beings.
A messenger of the LORD is a messenger and that can be a number of types of being, including man.

What I learned from Nick is that I search the Scriptures. At times He will only give you the Letters of Paul and no Chapter or verse, and you have to search for it. I believe that is what makes Nick good Brother in Christ. He wants you to learn. It would be to easy if He would give you everything and then what? We were all of our Lives since I met my Husband in 1960 married in 1961, in the Catholic Church since birth. All of our Children were brought up in the Catholic Church, We never read the Bible. It wasnt armstrong, it was because you open your heart, mind and soul, by having the faith to open your bible. submitting to open the bible is alot. Do you know how many take their bibles to church and never open it?
once a man came to me at work, and saw my bible on the table, He asked “How do you read this” since i can be sarcastic at times i say “First by opening it and than reading it” so than he ask me “How do you read it? like a book?” I said “You could, or wherever you want, because its just takes one verse to change your life,”You should post this breif history of your self up on the member profiles and close the comments. i think this should add to our understanding of you.

once a man came to me at work, and saw my bible on the table, He asked “How do you read this” since i can be sarcastic at times i say “First by opening it and than reading it” so than he ask me “How do you read it? like a book?” I said “You could, or wherever you want, because its just takes one verse to change your life,”You should post this breif history of your self up on the member profiles and close the comments. i think this should add to our understanding of you.
just an advice.

Why is it so important that you ask about Nick and make even a new topic about Him….I respect both Nick and t8. They are our Authority, and we need to respect them. If He stirs the pot or not, it makes no difference to me. The only think is what I object to with anybody is when they go on and on about a subject, and make a statement, without given Scriptures to prove it. 1 Thees. 21 tells us to prove all things. so…..I have read some of your post and you give little or no Scriptures. All you do is say but, but….
The Bereans in Ancient times did so, and so should we…..
Peace and Love Irene
welll if you read the topic,The point is whether i should actualy put time to responding to his post. Thats the point.
I respect, him, i just dont GET him
And actually i use alot so scripture, i yesturday and this mourning, i was just stating scripture all day. and i did the john 10 analysis verse by verse.
This is not a debate, i just wanted to know if anti-trins take his comments seriousily as a point.
actually i say AND more than but.
and my threads are always super long, including scripture.
Im not tryin to insult no one,
im new here, and at first seeing nick responses kindof bothered me.
and i saw how ppl wasted time debating him, and how ppl held his points.
so again. that was my point and intent.
I do respect him.
I just dont know him.
What I learned from Nick is that I search the Scriptures. At times He will only give you the Letters of Paul and no Chapter or verse, and you have to search for it. I believe that is what makes Nick good Brother in Christ. He wants you to learn. It would be to easy if He would give you everything and then what? Also it is God's Holy Spirit who has to reveal to you what is truth and what is error. The Bible was translated by men, and they did make some mistakes. So learn from Nick, search the Scriptures like the Bereans did….Irene
I would rather learn from the Holy Spirit, as you said, men are imperfect.
You are right that the Holy Spirit is always right. However men can point you in the right direction. Example. We were all of our Lives since I met my Husband in 1960 married in 1961, in the Catholic Church since birth. All of our Children were brought up in the Catholic Church, We never read the Bible. One Day my Husband was watching Mr. Armstrong on T.V. He used to say:” Dust of your Bible and start reading it.” We did for the first time in our lives. Oh, how surprised we were. We left the Church after going back and forth with a our Parish priest and the minister of the W.W.Church of God. At one point the Priest told my Husband :”God is calling you.” We left the Church, that was in 1985. We have learned so much and I am forever thankful to God AND MR. ARMSTRONG. It is because of Him that we opened the Bible. God uses people to guide you… so please reconsider your stand not for me or Nick, but for yourself….Irene

Again i will say again,
its all over this site what i believe,
I repeat it over and over and over.
To tell you what i believe, will be the longest post i will ever write in my life. If anything, the strongest factors of what i believe is in my Thesis, which is going to be a book, which isnt done yet.Thank God that instead of writing a Post,
He put my beliefs in the Bible,In short, the Bible.
If you really searched every single thread other than this one, mentions something i believe, put two and two togtheor and maybe you can reach a conclusion.
And there are a number of times where i even agree with others, so maybe you should add that to what “i believe” list.Testimony is something different from believing, its a story of the events of your life between you and God.
I love to hear such storys, Thats what i meant in my previous reponses to you. I like to know someones history,I might put my own! i havent found the right time to do that yet.

Im advising to add your testimony. not personal belief.
No one can debate your testimony, its what happened to you period.Seems hypocrital, but i have every intention to do so, But i havent reach that moment yet. when it feels right its right.
either way, its irrevalent again bc everywhere i post, i give off what i believe. You just have to pay attention, because i already know alot abuot you because i observe your posts, yet you say you have obserevd mine, and made conclusions such as i give lil scirpture. which drives me insane because i didicate so much time to scirpture and posting scripture goign verse by verse with scripture yet you did not observe these posts?
oh my poem? its in the messages thing. its called the choice of love.
