Muhammad came 600 years after Christ, Is Jesus in the Torah? Of course not.

The bible is many books bound together the Torah which is the Holy Book of the Jews does not contain the name Jesus

Do you even know what the Torah is?

    Hi BD:

No, the name Jesus is not mentioned in the Torah, but references are made to him although not specifically by that name.

Deu 18:19   And it shall come to pass, [that] whosoever will not hearken unto my words which he shall speak in my name, I will require [it] of him.

By the way do you not think Muhammad and Moses are more similar than Moses and Jesus

Muhammad and Moses both had natural births, were orphaned, brought Law, were warriors, had wives, destroyed Idols and was rulers of their people in their lifetimes, they also died natural deaths also Jesus would not qualify as the brethren of Moses but Muhammad would because Arabs come out of Abraham as well

In the Quran it is said at the beginning of each chapter “In The Name Of Allah, The Merciful, The compassionate”

did not the jews who were god's chosen continue to worship false gods even when god would provide and shelter them and treated them special

deny jesus becasue they did not like what they heard.
they wanted to do detestable things in god's eyes becasue they thought they could do no wrong no matter what.

they stoned him and had him killed.

do you think they would want to add him in there and hold him up high then.

    probably not…??

i have talked to many jewish people
they believe jesus has not come yet and await his first arrival.

no wonder why god left them.

muhammad is noone in the holy scriptures the message of god.

he nor the quran are in union with each other.

islam is different and not to used together at all.

i don't work tht way. as yyou can see you still do not do what is required within god's word.

Why would anyone raise Muhammad over Jesus?

Just love him or you are in violation of your covenant with Christ.

Which is more important your love of Christ or your hatred of Muhammad?

    Hi BD,
Why should we hate those who are deceived?
They are simply irrelevant to the holy ways of our God.
More to pitied are those who even try to follow them in deception.

    Hi BD:

I am aware that Muslims believe that these scriptures refer to Muhammad, however, Moses is addressing the Jews, and he says that the prophet would be raised from their brethren.

Actually, these scriptures may be referring to Joshua whose name means “YHWH is salvation” just as Yeshua also means “YHWH is salvation”.

Joshua took the children of the Nation of Israel into the promised land, and is symbolic of Yeshua taking God's children into the promised land.

The Arabs are the brethren of the Jews, there was no such thing as a Jew when Abraham had his children.

But yes you could say that Joshua is a possibility but then he would not be like Jesus either.

But still Moses and Muhammad have much in common, am I right?

    Nick,

You should work out your own salvation with fear and trembling instead of saying wh will go uot to heaven or who will descend into hell.

    It is Evil indeed.

You seem to have a Messiah complex but Jesus was not even like you saying:

And he said unto him, Man, who made me a judge or a divider over you?
    Luke 12:13-15

But you insist on not following what Jesus told you to follow, are you greater than Jesus?

    Romans 10:6-7 (King James Version)

6But the righteousness which is of faith speaketh on this wise, Say not in thine heart, Who shall ascend into heaven? (that is, to bring Christ down from above:)

7Or, Who shall descend into the deep? (that is, to bring up Christ again from the dead.)

    Is your behaviour sinful?

    Hi BD:

God speaking to Abraham, said: “in Isaac shall thy seed be called”, and so, even if there were no Jews when Abraham had his children, God had forseen every thing from the beginning to the end.  Moses was addressing the people of the Nation of Israel in the scriptures posted from Deuteronomy.

I do not believe that Muhammad was a true prophet of God because the Quran states that God did not beget any sons and because it teaches that Jesus was not crucified, and I know for a fact that these teachings are false.

The Jews are so called because it stands for the tribe of Judah. When the nation under Jeroboam split into two nation, the northern ten tribes were called the kingdom of Israel, the southern two tribes were called the kingdom of Judah, after the larger of the two tribes.
After their deportation by the Assyrians in 722 BC, the ten tribes never returned, from then on the Israelites were commonly referred to as Jews.
