This is Milford Sound where my nephew works as a seasonal guide. This is one of 14 (I think) fiords in Fiordland National Park. I first saw this place about 20 years ago, and since then it has been a very special place for me. Everything here is so epic. There is a waterfall here which is one of the highest in the world and it doesn't even have a name. There is a lake here called Lake Unknown because it also didn't have a name and that descriptive became the name.
The video is not mine and it was filmed on a wet day. I prefer fine weather because you can see the tips of the mountains, but when it is wet, the waterfalls really put on a show.
