Where do I get my beliefs from? The Bible, Spirit, Prayer, and people who teach me.

But Ed, did you read the part above? What the Eastern Orthodox believe?

Maybe it will be better if you try understand something like that, rather than what your saying.

You still haven't said where you got the idea from that God (I can't say it)…

Ed, when Jesus came to Earth, He came to teach, etc, and when Jesus died, He defeated the enemy, which was Satan & death. He rose from the dead, and then ascended to heaven. So what happened was a spiritual defeat over the enemy. That's how I see it. And thats how the Orthodox also see it. So when He said it was finished, it was finished.
