To me it looks like you are condemning all wisdom whether it comes from the desires of the flesh or it is the fruit of the Spirit. Both are spoken by human being and kings rule by both but only one of them is mere human wisdom.

and what would someone obey to if he does not have a understanding of God's will

awareness , does not provide salvation but the understanding of the wisdom of God does

human wisdom is the beginning of our real world understanding but it as to be expand to reach God's will and wisdom
