    We all know satan blinds the majority into darkness( 2 Cor 4:4-Luke 17:26) He is the ruler of this world. Hundreds of different religions=The broad and spacious path. One religion has Jesus( 1Cor 1:10)

    Here is one way to see if your are lead by light or darkness

    One of the biggest atrocities against God and his will= the removal of his name out of his bible, replaced with titles, over 7000 spots.

    The facts on this are= By satans will to mislead into darkness, he had wicked men who had no right, remove Gods name where God willed it to be and put titles( God or LORD) nearly 6800 spots=OT-over 200 spots=NT.

    In light of Matt 7:21– religions using the altered versions( also condemned the only translators who had enough love and respect for Jesus’ Fathers will to put his name back into those spots) are misleading all into giving support to satans will over Jesus’ Fathers will on the matter of his name in his bible. All using the altered translations are being mislead into darkness.

    All can clearly see 100% whose will their religion supports on that important matter.

    65 years after the New world translation put Gods name back, the Divine name kjv came out=2015.

    2Examples of being mislead into darkness with the removal of Gods name=

    1. Joel 2:21-22) those who call on the name of YHVH(Jehovah) will be saved= quoted at Acts 2:21–Romans 10:13—  but since altered translations has LORD or Lord, those think the name Jesus belongs there=error.
    2. Luke 4:8– In answer to satan in the wilderness Jesus said– it is written, it is Jehovah your God you must worship and it is to him alone you must render sacred service.

    After learning these facts what will you do to get back into the light?

    @Kieth,

    Since you believe Satan is the “ruler of this world”, you’re going to have to explain the following passages.

    Isa 40:21-31 (excerpt vs. 22) “God is the one who rules the whole earth, and we that live here are merely insects.” Who “rules this world”?

    Dan 4:32 Nebuchadnezzar is told he is going to graze like an animal until he acknowledges “that the Most High is sovereign over the kingdom of humankind and that he gives it to whom he wills.” Who “rules this world”?

    Ps 9:7-8 “But Yahweh sits enthroned forever. He has established his throne for judgment. 8 And he will judge the world with righteousness. He will judge the peoples with equity.” Who “rules this world”?

    Isa 45:7 “I form light and I create darkness; I make peace and I create evil; I am Yahweh; I do all these things.” Who “rules this world”?

    Even the Jesus in John 19:11 confirms it’s G-d who controls everything. It would seem the “ruler” of this world ISN’T who you’ve been told it is; Satan DOESN’T RULE ANYTHING!!! Satan is an angel of G-d’s and can only do what he is commanded to do by G-d. To say Satan rules this world is to say the created has power over the creator. Time to rethink what one believes is truth and exchange it for actual truth.

    Concerning the rest of what you wrote, of course G-d’s name had to be changed; there needed to be a level of confusion added into the writings so the Jesus could be inserted and G-d removed. This is called deception and is how man has been able to create the Trinity, the Jesus is god, and every other doctrine within the church. You’re moving in the correct direction; a few years back I brought this topic up to my religious leaders and my questions where deflected or ignored. So I began digging on my own, started paying closer attention to what was being taught, and began verifying what was being taught; this lead to questioning religious doctrines of the church and that’s when I began discovering the truth.

    You quote Luke 4:8– “In answer to satan in the wilderness Jesus said– it is written, it is Jehovah your God you must worship and it is to him alone you must render sacred service”; this is your answer; yet, who does christianity worship, who do most songs exemplify, and who are most sermons focused on…the Jesus (or Paul). Christianity has put G-d on a back burner and has said they don’t need HIM, they have the Jesus and have elevated the Jesus above G-d.

    Discover real truth, it frees you!

    The term, ‘world’ does not refer to the planet Earth or creation itself in the context quoted.

    The world is the civilisation or the man-made realm on the earth.

    Love not the world, neither the things that are in the world. If any man love the world, the love of the Father is not in him.

    God reigns over the earth, but he also allows kings to rise and fall. He sometimes lets his people go into captivity and other times he lets them reign. I guess it is up to his people and their obedience as to the outcome.

    What was your point? I was saying Satan isn’t the ruler of this world, G-d is. Who do you say the ruler of this world is? Are you saying the created have power over the creator?

    Isa 45:7 “I form light and I create darkness; I make peace and I create evil; I am Yahweh; I do all these things.”

    In this passage G-d is the one who is speaking and HE is the one who says HE created evil. So “evil” cannot be created by Satan. The reality is, it is G-d who created all that is in the world, the lust of the flesh, the lust of the eyes, and the pride of life; all that is considered evil and sinful that is blamed on Satan by the “christian church.” G-d gave mankind the knowledge of “good and evil” in the Garden of Eden; it’s built into each of us to choose what is good or bad. When we choose bad (and HE knows we will), HE’s given us a way back to HIM by repenting and turning from our wickedness. What’s amazing is HE will remember our wickedness no more; HE said HE has no pleasure in the death of anyone, but they are to turn back to HIM and live (Ezk 18:32).

    Since these words in Ezekiel came from G-d, what purpose or point is there in the Jesus; why does anyone need him when G-d gave us simple instructions for life? When did G-d say he was sending a redeeming figure who would die for our sins? G-d tells us we have control over sin, we are to rule over it in Gen 4:7. Do I listen to G-d or Paul, who says sin controls us?

    Prove me wrong!

    Desire truth—– 2Cor 4:4 calls satan-the god of this system of things. He is called ruler of this world at John 12:31–14:30– 16:11

    not as in supreme ruler but as in misleading the majority into darkness and they don’t even know it.

    I know 100% Jesus is not God, the Father is the only true God.

    @Keith,

    Please read what I wrote to Proclaimer.

    Satan isn’t a “god” in or of this world, he is an angel of God’s and being so can only do what G-d commands or allows him to do. His name means adversary. Is it possible the angel Satan, this adversary, is only doing what G-d has commanded him; presenting temptations to mankind so mankind will make a choice – good or bad? Weren’t we given the gift of knowledge of good and evil? G-d told Cain he must rule over sin; since you also have the power to rule over sin, why do you listen to Paul who says you are powerless against it? Christians spend to much time in their NT and miss what G-d actually said; go back an read the Torah, the Prophets, and the Writings, but remove your Jesus googles and watch the blinders fall from your eyes. Begin verifying everything you’ve been told and taught.

    You blame Satan for misleading the majority into “darkness”, which means what to you…sin? Is it a condemning to eternal torment or is one just gone? Is mankind to be judged and condemned for an infinite period of time for a finite time on this planet? So God loves you very much, but if you’re not interested in HIS “son”; go to Hell – forever. Does this sound like a loving G-d to you? What this is, is fear; scare people into believing whatever they have been told; scare them, to control them. Who’s really leading people into “darkness” if they are being lead away from G-d? Could it be the teachings of christianity and the elevation and worship of the Jesus?

    You know the Jesus isn’t G-d; so who or what is he? Is the Jesus G-d in the flesh or the G-d of the OT? Is the Jesus worthy of praise and adoration or do you worship G-d and G-d alone? Do you have “trinkets” that symbolize the Jesus and would owning those items be considered idols? So many questions, what does one do?

    Desire Truth,  god small g means–has godlike qualities, it is not calling that one God–capitol G God is the only true God in reality–god-has godlike qualities— Even mortals have some godlike qualities, after all we are made in his image. So how much more so godlike qualities that the fallen anointed cherub( devil)satan) has over mortals.

    When one reads the bible a few x they come out with the sad reality that all through the bible-99% minimum mislead at every given moment. Maybe a tiny fraction smaller when Israel stood strong, but satan beat them over and over.

    Yes God is in full control, but mortals asked for this system in the Eden rebellion. Gods kingdom rule will cure it all Rev 21:1-4

    @Kieth,

    Please provide scriptural proof Satan is the ruler of this world or a “fallen” angel using the Tanakh (aka OT). Please explain Isa 45:7 “I form light and I create darkness; I make peace and I create evil; I am Yahweh; I do all these things.” G-d’s speaking here and says HE created evil and in the explanation include how Satan factors into the mix? Please also explain how sin controls you when G-d said you are to rule over it (Gen 4:7).

    Does money have god-like qualities; yet it’s considered a “god” when it controls/consumes you. What about sports, work, drugs, idols, addictions, etc; aren’t all these considered “gods” because they distract one from G-d? What “god-like” traits or characteristics do any of these things possess?

    Absolutely G-d’s in control; but what “system” did “mortals” ask for in Eden? I find this an odd way to state the punishment Adam and Eve received for their disobedience.

    Desire Truth– Satan is the fallen anointed cherub-Ezekial 28:14-18– He had appointed dominion over Eden, its why he was there.

    Eden-they ate of the tree of knowledge of good and bad.—They knew no bad until then. They didnt even know they were naked until eating of that tree. They brought bad to all their offspring until Gods kingdom rule cures it all once again. And mortals will know only good, live forever, not aging like now, always happy. Never sick, never without, etc.

    Yes to some money is their god. ( but in reality it is satan who rules those)

    Ruler of this world=John 12:31–John 14:20–John 16:11

    @Kieth,

    Satan is the fallen anointed cherub-Ezekial 28:14-18– He had appointed dominion over Eden, its why he was there.

    Ahhhhh, you may want to open your bible to Ezk 28 and begin reading from verse 12 verses parachuting into verse 14, because you have missed who G-d was talking about. Let me help you: “Son of man,raise a lament over the king of Tyre, and you must say to him, ‘thus says the Lord Yahweh:” G-d’s speaking to Ezekiel, who is to pass this “message” onto the king of Tyre, and ISN’T a reference to Satan. Nice try, but NO! You must put everything into the context it was written. I have said this many times to read 10 verses before and after the verse you want to quote to make sure one has the proper understanding of what is being conveyed by the writer. In this case it would seem you have parroted what you have been told it means, because the context is obvious to whom it references.

    They brought bad to all their offspring until Gods kingdom rule cures it all once again. And mortals will know only good, live forever, not aging like now, always happy. Never sick, never without, etc.

    So G-d never said mankind has power over sin or said to repent, turn from one’s wickedness, and HE would remember it no more. You haven’t explained Isa 45:7 and how Satan factors into the it. Since G-d created evil, how can it originate from Satan. Since G-d said we have power over sin and are to rule over it, it would mean the sin in our lives is our choice. The fallacy within christianity teaches someone else (aka Satan) caused you to sin and it isn’t your fault, you had no control over it; except G-d says you do and you are responsible for it, christianity give you an out.

    Yes to some money is their god. ( but in reality it is satan who rules those)

    Apparently Satan is christians patsy when one does wrong, I’m a little perplex how you don’t understand Isa 45:7 or Gen 4:7; are you intentionally ignoring what they say or has your belief completely blinded you from understanding? These verses are elementary and blows holes in the entire christian faith rendering it a false religion and not of G-d.

    Ruler of this world=John 12:31–John 14:20–John 16:11

    First, I said to provide scriptural proof Satan is the ruler of this world or a “fallen” angel using the Tanakh (aka OT) and you quote me NT passages. So you still haven’t provided scriptural proof Satan is the ruler of this world or a “fallen” angel. To say the NT is “scripture”, “infallible”, “the word of G-d” is false and have proven many times in different posts the NT couldn’t be from G-d. We never read G-d speaking thru the Jesus, any of the disciples, or Paul; never once do any of them preface the words they speak with “G-d says”, “the word of Yahweh says”, or does an angel come to relay a message from G-d to any of them. What I’m looking for are the words coming from G-d Satan is the ruler of this world or has fallen from HIS “grace.” It will be withing the Tanakh we will find it because Satan didn’t suddenly show up in the NT and being deceiving mankind.

    You started a topic on “light vs darkness”, truth vs lies; let’s try again and provide scriptural proof from the Tanakh Satan rules this world. If it’s not there, why not?

    @Keith,

    Does reading and comprehension fail you?!?! I couldn’t give a rip what a “scholar” says or thinks; G-d gave me a brain to think for myself and beginning in verse 12 it explicitly states Ezekiel is to give this prophecy to the king of Tyre. If you where to bother delving into this passage you would find G-d is speaking to this king in a poetic fashion. This king thinks of himself as a god. So once again you haven’t verified what you have been told is truth, you “believe” what you have been told is truth, is truth; and it couldn’t be further from the truth.

    You still haven’t provided any passages that state G-d says Satan is the ruler of this world OR he has fallen from G-d’s grace from the Tanakh.

    Again, prove me wrong! I don’t want beliefs, I want scripture and not from the Greek Testament. I want where G-d spoke; that would be the authority. Since HE doesn’t speak your NT, it would have to come from the Tanakh.

    Begin! You asked for truth verses lies; begin verifying what you have been told is truth and you will find it! Begin asking questions and verifying the answers, and truth will be waiting for you!

    @Keith,

    You do understand G-d is speaking in this passage…right? And G-d is speaking metaphorically; OBVIOUSLY the king of Tyre wasn’t present in Eden, which then confirms you DIDN’T delve into this section of Ezekiel and are parroting what you have been told to believe. When will you, or anyone for that matter, begin to verify what you have been told is truth? Since you believe this is speaking of Satan, you believe a lie…oops!

    I asked you to prove me wrong and you come back with nonsense; all you have to read the words written beginning in verse one and ending in verse nineteen, put the entire passage in context. G-d is putting a beat down on the king of Tyre because of his arrogance, believing he’s a god. This passage has NOTHING to do with Satan! It literally is addressed to the king of Tyre; yet, you somehow believe it’s a reference to Satan…prove it!

    I don’t need a reading lesson, I can understand what was spoken by G-d….can you?

    Still waiting for proof or evidence G-d said Satan was the ruler of this world or had fallen from HIS grace in the Tanakh.

    Can one serve two masters?

    Light verses Darkness, Truth verses Lies…

    As part of the “Sermon on the Mount” the Jesus states “No one is able to serve two masters. For either he will hate the one and love the other, or he will be devoted to one and despise the other.” (Matt 6:24). The truth is that statement is irrefutable; one can’t serve in the military of two nations, what would happen if these two nation were to war against each other…the individual would have to pick a side. Neither can one can’t vote in another nations elections, unless they reject their nation of origin. In marriage, the spouse can’t bring another partner into the house and continue to say they fully love or are devoted to whom they married originally. The “idea” of love or devotion focused on or to the singular isn’t new and is everywhere; it’s built into our being and is a characteristic of who we are as mankind.

    Another example is the church one attends, does one hop from church to church every Sunday (Saturday if your the “special” christian) or is one devoted to a specific church? How about the faith and doctrines one adheres to; would one be accepted into another faith if they didn’t follow the beliefs and teachings of that faith?

    Which segues into this next question, how can one serve both G-d and the Jesus? If what the Jesus said is truth, who do christians serve since one can’t have two masters? The Jesus says you’ll be devoted to one and despise the other; according the Jesus’ word, it can’t be both. Who does one thank when misfortune is narrowly avoided or when good happens…“thank/praise you Jesus!” During the worship portion of church service, who are the songs glorifying…G-d or the Jesus? When prayers are ended, whose name is invoked…“In Jesus’ name we pray/amen.” If the Jesus takes precedence in one’s life, wouldn’t he be their “master”, making G-d second?

    What did G-d say, “There shall be for you no other gods before me. You shall not make for yourself a graven image or any likeness which is in the heavens above, which is on the earth below, or which is in the water beneath the earth. You shall neither prostrate yourself before them nor worship them.” Is one’s devotion or love to G-d or the Jesus; who’s your master? Who’s the “Lord” in your life?

    Light verses Darkness, Truth verses Lies…I like this topic!

    I know the writer of the book of Matthew says about the Jesus; the question is, who do christians serve since one can’t serve two masters? Is it G-d or the Jesus?

    You still haven’t provided ANY passages from the Tanakh stating Satan is a fallen angel. Explain in detail with words why you believe the Ezekiel 28 passage is a reference to Satan and provide your sources.

    @Keith,

    I know what the Matthew passages says, one is to worship G-d and G-d alone and there is zero argument from me on that statement. The question is who do christians worship, because it isn’t G-d alone. Pick a flavor of christianity and worship is primarily of the Jesus and G-d is secondary, which was my point. If we’re being honest, christians worship a single master and it’s the Jesus, NOT G-d.

    Christians as a whole will say they “worship” only G-d, yet songs of worship are of the Jesus, praise and thanksgiving is given to the Jesus, prayers are directed toward and ended in the Jesus’ name, crosses hung everywhere in remembrance of the Jesus and these crosses are knelt/bowed before (idol worship?!??).

    Christians believe G-d is far away, unreachable, and a vengeful creator who is there to destroy you because you sinned; and the only way you won’t be is thru the Jesus. This is the fallacy of christianity and all one has to do is read the Tanakh to see G-d loves his creation and doesn’t desire to destroy it.

    I was in the christian faith for 40 years, but walked away after I started questioning and verifying what was said is truth and it was in this verification process I began seeing the lies. The sad part is most won’t verify anything and will remain where they are because it’s easy, it’s comfortable, and the FEAR of “Hell” keeps them stuck.

    Your stance on Ezekiel 28 is an excellent example of not verifying, you were told a verse is referencing Satan because it sounds like it could be Satan; after all, why would a king be called a “cherub” that’s a reference to angels. Except, when one reads verses 1-19 another picture is painted…the real picture; BUT, you have to actually read it. You haven’t given an explanation of this passage supporting your reasons why this is a reference to Satan, other than it’s what “scholars” say (may want to check out John Gill’s take, minus the Jesus stuff); which confirms my point of believing what you have been told. Why do you believe what you believe? Why do christians have a difficult time explaining the “why” of their belief? In my experiences, most christians cannot explain why they believe what they believe and get angry when their beliefs are questioned.

    Free yourself from the shackles of christianity and turn solely to G-d. You won’t regret it!

    Desire truth. You are correct Catholicism branches worship Jesus the son and not the Father as they should( John 4:22-24) But Jesus warned the world they would not know the Father( John 15:20-21)–He calls the Father=( John 17:3) one who sent him=THE ONLY TRUE GOD. Yet trinitarians will not believe him. Paul names only the Father as God(1Cor 8:6)— i say= When ones teachers do not match Jesus and Paul= RUN FROM THEM.

    The fact remains in Ezekial it speaks about a being that was in Eden= the anointed Cherub= the one who rebelled. A fallen angel who came to be known as satan and devil.
