I actually do not believe it is saying something different at all, I think you can even see in many translations that the word servant and son are interchageable. You seem to be confused at what I actually believe but I have no problem with saying that Jesus is the son of God as long as it is understood that the context is poetical or metaphoric.

I can easily just ask you is God an actual Father? Is GOD of the Male gender?
