    Hi tow,
    If Christ was not raised from the dead our faith is in vain.
    Fortunately for us there is no doubt about it.
    He lives and we live because of him.

    Of that I do not doubt. Continue in vain faith.

    Sadly for you your faith finds no basis in Tanakh.

    Hi tow,
    Absolutely,
    Those that think they can see are blind.
    However they diligently strive and lead others into the same old ditch.

    But if you are not blind but truly led, why can you not show me where Jesus is foretold as the King Messiah in Tanakh? You just rehash the same idea using different words, but never provide one shred of evidence for people to believe if they have knowledge of Tanakh.

    Hi tow,
    Why give you more chances to diminish and damage the Word of God?

    I just smiled. You are getting closer to the truth Nick. You know that you cannot refute what I write and you know I will demolish your god's writings in the GT using Tanakh. Keep it up, the truth will come to you too.

    Hi tow,
    I have no intention of proving anything to you or attempting to refute your baseless doctrines. You feel happier holding a few verses but denying the meat of scripture. You are set in your nefarious plans but others may learn from our exchanges.

    The apostle Paul, speaking of those who witnessed the resurrection of Jesus, said:
    “Most of [them] remain to the present, but some have fallen asleep in death.”—1 Corinthians 15:6.

    Hi tow,
    Paul was righteous in his own mind as a defender of the OT till he met Jesus
    had a wee tumble, was shown his blindness
    and turned around

    Seems Paul was blown by the winds of doctrine.

    Hi tow,
    No Paul was an anointed man of God too
    healing and teaching all the applications of the Word of God to the new members of Christ's body.

    Really? So Paul was a christ?

    Show me Paul's anointing. Just like Jesus, he was never properly anointed.

    Did anyone know that Jesus was to rise from the dead? Let's investigate:

    ==============================
    Joh 20:2 Then she runneth, and cometh to Simon Peter, and to the other disciple, whom Jesus loved, and saith unto them, They have taken away the Lord out of the sepulchre, and we know not where they have laid him.

    Joh 20:9 For as yet they knew not the scripture, that he must rise again from the dead.
    ==============================

    Well, to be honest, there was NO scripture that said that the Messiah (which Jesus is not but beside the point) would rise from the dead. Yet it appears that neither the disciples nor Mary knew that Jesus was supposed to rise from the dead. Interesting in that he told them of the sign!

    ==============================
    Mat 12:39 But he answered and said unto them, An evil and adulterous generation seeketh after a sign; and there shall no sign be given to it, but the sign of the prophet Jonas:
    Mat 12:40 For as Jonas was three days and three nights in the whale's belly; so shall the Son of man be three days and three nights in the heart of the earth.

    ==============================

    So either the disciples did not hear him say this, did not understand it, or it was not really a sign of his death and resurrection. Therefore, they might be off the hook. Unless…

    ==============================
    Mat 16:21 From that time forth began Jesus to shew unto his disciples, how that he must go unto Jerusalem, and suffer many things of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be killed, and be raised again the third day.

    Mar 8:31 And he began to teach them, that the Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders, and of the chief priests, and scribes, and be killed, and after three days rise again.

    Luk 9:22 Saying, The Son of man must suffer many things, and be rejected of the elders and chief priests and scribes, and be slain, and be raised the third day.
    ==============================

    Uh oh, seems they WERE told that Jesus would be killed and would rise again the third day. Yet they did not know anything about it according to the Gospel of John!

    That is what happens with a lie. The story is never told the same way twice. Just like when Paul relates his Damascus road experience: it is never the same with each telling. Lies are like that

    Hi Tow,
    In a sense yes.
    Christ was in Paul. The light that came filled his followers with the same light and sent them too to light lamps throughout the world and through history continuing the work of Christ and ushering in the kingdom of Light.

    The god of this earth thought he had won by killing Christ but instead he even helped enable the plan of God. The darkness cannot resist the light so Satan's rule was finished.

    Paul was so filled with the Spirit of Christ that he was able to say
    “It is no longer I that liveth but Christ that liveth in me.”

    The Christian god of this world, “satan” has 3/4 of the world in his clutches.

    There are 4 Christian gods: god the father, god the son, god the holy spirit, and god of this world.

    God the father messed up when he made mankind and supposedly mislead his chosen people for 4000 years. He then made a covenant with them knowing full well they couldn't keep. So to make up for his many mistakes, he sent god the son to die for his errors. After all, someone had to die to make things right.

    So god the father has spiritual sex with Mary, forcing Mary to commit adultery. Mary has god the father's baby. This is supposed to be a sign according to the GT, but no one can really verify she is a virgin and people seem to have forgotten about it during Jesus' life because John the Baptist, his own cousin acts like he never saw him before when he sees him 30 years later. Not much of a sign.

    God the son then goes into a ministry and performs parlor tricks and shares buddhism with his followers. Some think he is the Jewish messiah but according to Nick, these simpletons cannot even understand simple things so its no wonder they are so easily duped into believing he is the messiah. When the people show up who really know about Tanakh, they do not accept him, as expected. They see him as one warned against in Deu 13.

    Anyways, god the son fails to accomplish his mission on earth and cannot fulfill a single messianic prophecy, so people make up stories about him coming back to finish the job he never really started beyond a claim. In the meantime, god the holy spirit has to come to tie up the loose ends and straightern out the mess that god the father and god the son could not take care of.

    God the holy spirit has been around for 1900 years or so now and still has failed to get 3/4 of the world to come away from the clutches of the fourth Christian god, god of this world, Satan.

    Out of the four Christian gods, there is no doubt that Satan is the most powerful. He certainly has a bigger following.

    Hi tow,
    Again you confuse the god of the harlot with the God of Jesus.

    Are you calling your GT a harlot? Oh wait, you are talking about the Catholic church. So it seems that the harlot is under the direction of the god of this world too. That changes things.

    Since roughly half of the Christian population is Catholic, that means that now the god of this world has enthralled at least another billion people. Wow. So instead of 75% of the world following the god of this world, 84% do.

    The god of this world is truly the most powerful Christian god!

    More probably.
    But our God keeps a remnant.
    The road is narrow and few choose it.

    Gotta love the Christian god. He keeps secrets and thne lets the cat out of the bag and expects people to believe when he never told them anything about his son. Then he punishes them for not beleiving in this son he never told them about by sticking them in a lake of fire.

    Such a petty, self-centered god you serve Nick!
