two things here ;1) he completed the final action of what the Christ at to do in scriptures ,

2) he died as a man ,but his soul is not destroyed this is only God that can do that and so he will be resurrected

Lk 23:46 Jesus called out with a loud voice,“Father, into your hands I commit my spirit.” When he had said this, he breathed his last.

Mt 27:50 And when Jesus had cried out again in a loud voice, he gave up his spirit.

We are discussing Jesus here; not any other person.

1. He is the Son of God,meaning that He was Born BY
THE WILL OF GOD.

2. He is that perfect sinless man given as a perfect sacrifice
without blemish.

3. He is prfect because of the spirit in him was of God,not of
man.

4. He has not the desires of the flesh,but of God only.

He was a man with His own spirit;but he had no desires
of the spirit of the flesh at all.That spirit is dead.
His only desire is doing the will of His Father.
He is a perfect man in any way.
