Yes, I know Pierre. But after spending time in one city, and preaching in one city, they made a few disciples for Christ. Now those disciples, some of them stay in that city and preach to the rest of the city. And eventually, you have a few Christians in the same city. It makes no sense for these ones who were taught the same and believe the same not to fellowship with one another.

Social interaction is required for a balanced mental state. And who better to associate with than those who have become your fellow believers?

You just can't have a global preaching work without having them form what outsiders think of as a denomination. They will meet together, as scripture tells them to.
