    Hi Nick,

Regarding Christ, are you claiming that he did not have a spirit of his own?

    Hi Nick,

Stating your opinion hardy counts as evidence that it is true.

    Hi Ed,
There are no scriptures that say what I said

    Hi ED,
The spirit of Jesus left at calvary.
But of course that was not his anointing Spirit.
The Holy Spirit abided in him and in the dead in Christ to raise them.

    Hi Nick,

Why do you believe that without Scripture?

    Hi Nick,

I do however have Scriptural evidence to support my view, do you want to examine it?

    Hi Nick,

    First piece of evidence:

“And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded
(1)for the witness of Jesus, and (2)for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither
had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.”  (Rev 20:4 )

If “The Word” is Jesus as you claim, why mention them as two separate things?

    God bless

Is the witness of Jesus and the witness of Christ two separate witnesses to you?

If our spirits bear witness of God's Spirit, then I guess that Jesus has his own spirit and he is one with God who is Spirit. Jesus desired that we would be one with each other and with God and Jesus just as God and Jesus are one. The spirit of Christ can dwell in us.

    Hi T8,

Do you believe that “this spirit of Christ” is Jesus' spirit?

    Hi ED,
    Interesting.
Of course Jesus CHRIST is the Word not Jesus and that may be a retrospective view.

    Hi ED,
This is revelation and it is full of spiritual words.

For example those who are BEHEADED may mean those who have submitted in obedience to the HEAD of the body and have the mind of Christ.
In this age beheading is a rare practice and the number this scripture would include would only be tiny.

Acts 10 38 fits with the transformation of a man, Jesus, by the Spirit as shown in Rev 20.
This is of the gospel we preach.

    Hi ED,
So the gospel preached is about a man Jesus and his anointing with the Word of God.

” (1)for the witness of Jesus, and (2)for the word of God,”

Most even here do not preach this.

    hi Ed,
Of course the Spirit of Jesus that left at calvary was the spirit of a man and not the Spirit of anointing in which he visited the spirits in prison.
