Is Israel calling for the Third Temple to replace al-Aqsa Mosque!? It could be only a matter of time now.

The Israel Minister of Housing and Construction Uri Ariel said on Friday that he wish to see the construction of a “Third Temple” in place of the Al-Aqsa Mosque which is currently occupying the temple mount. Uri Ariel said

“The first Temple was destroyed in 586 BCE, the second Temple in 70 CE, and ever since the Jewish People have been mourning its loss.”

He then went on to say

“Al-Aqsa Mosque is currently in place of the temple, despite the temple being much holier than it. Al-Aqsa Mosque is only the third most holy mosque in Islam.” “Now that Israel has once again become a Jewish sovereign state, the desire to rebuild the Temple is growing stronger and strong” he added.

I remember reading that years ago, nothing happened.
I think you need to watch Russia this year.
President Putin has “disappeared” recently. I wonder why?

    Miia,

Dreams are often symbolic so it may not literally be Russia or an armed invasion or the West being invaded. In some way it applies to you.

Russia is country of the West.

I read a headline yesterday regarding a possible coup and/or disappearance of Putin.

I didn’t read the article but if any of it is true, we will know soon enough.

    @miia
I believe that there are signs in the sun and the moon now, in particular the Tetrad period we are currently in.

Since that began, this period of time has seen huge changes to the Middle East and possible threats to Israel with wars and rumours of wars. Possibly even a Sunni Shia War.

I think it is significant times we are living in. As for Russia, they may well invade parts of Western Europe, they are already in a proxy war in Eastern Europe (Ukraine). They have been a threat to that region of the world for decades.

    Hi Kerwin.

I was posting under a different name then, but I had a dream and saw a round thing come down from the sky and I told people to run and eight weeks later was the (unprecedented) Russian meteorite. Then I had a carry on dream (same theme) and saw explosions and running. Eight weeks later was the Marathon Bombings and following transport explosions. …

Next dream I saw as a carry on (same theme) a water inlet and rows of houses, all identical. We were in the last row and I saw paratroopers coming down and they started invading the houses…. and I was packing essentials into plastic bags knowing we had time…. and I said “They are Russians”  more than once then I woke up. I thought at first it was nonsense, this was years ago and I knew nothing much about Russia. and I thought “why would Russia invade us?” (I don’t live in America, I live in a far away place and I don’t know much about history). But then I sensed it had something to do with PREPARATION. I have been preparing ever since (have an operation coming up in a week for an example, which I had put off for so long).

“The West” I just added. I thought Russia was the East?

    Hi T8.

I didn’t know much about Russia until recently. Pretty strange President Putin has gone missing, have to wait and see about that.

Israel: My parents believe they are Jews (Jewish ancestry). I could never understand the fascination with modern Israel. Still can’t. To me it’s just a country like any other. Aren’t we supposed to hope in the HEAVENLY Jerusalem?

The fascination with modern Israel is the fact it is a sign of the times and prophetic fulfillment. God has plans for Israel and her people. They never lost their covenant with God. Yes we should be focussed more on heavenly things. Our covenant is a better one for sure.

I don’t know, t8. I just don’t feel anything different for modern Israel than I would for any other country?

    Miia,

“The West” I just added. I thought Russia was the East?

If I remember correctly is straddles both Europe and Asia but it is a country of the West. The East is a combination of the Middle East (formally called the Near East) and the far East.

    Miia,

Modern Israel is a secularist country. The Minister of Housing is just breathing his hopes as it has tilted to a more conservative outlook but it would take a cultural change or some very unusual politics to allow a Third Temple to be built their. There are still descendants of the last king of the Kingdom of Israel and I do not hear anything about putting him on the throne of David. The Third Temple is tied to Messianic prophecy.

Oh ok, thanks Kerwin. I just assumed Russia was the East because of the Eastern Orthodox church, and also President Putin often speaks out against “the west”.

Time will tell but I remember hearing their plans to build a third temple several years ago. I don’t think they will suddenly destroy the Mosque and start building, it could happen if there’s a WW3 though.

Jewish Temple Altar Rebuilt, Ready for Use

I haven’t researched this yet and not sure how reputable or bias this site is, but for later reference I am putting the content and link here:

The Temple Institute in Jerusalem has announced that it has finished building an altar suitable for the Temple service. The altar, which took several years to build, can be operational at little more than a moment’s notice, reported Matzav Haruach magazine.

The Temple Institute is committed to preparing all the necessary clothing and tools for the rebuilt Holy Temple in Jerusalem. In addition, the institute operates an educational center for visitors and a preparatory training program for members of the priestly family who wish to be ready to serve as soon as the Temple is rebuilt.

The altar is a central component to the Biblical sacrificial service. In fact, there were separate altars for the incense and for other sacrifices.

The larger altar sat in the outer courtyard of the Tabernacle, and later the Temple. It was approximately five meters (16 feet) tall and 16 meters (52.5 feet) wide, with four “horns”, or raised corners, and a ramp.

According to the Bible, the altar may not be made out of stones hewn by metal implements. The altar prepared by the Temple Institute, under the direction of architect Rabbi Shmuel Balsam, follows this requirement.

It is constructed instead from bricks fired at roughly 1,000 degrees Celsius (1,832 degrees Fahrenheit), to withstand the immense heat of the Temple’s eternal flame and the weight of the sacrificial animals. Its measurements conform to the interpretation of Maimonides.

What makes the altar so unique is that it can be disassembled and reassembled easily, allowing it to be transported quickly and efficiently from its current location, on display at the institute, to the Temple Mount when the time comes. It was inaugurated in December 2014 and is now ready for use. With Passover around the corner, and the Passover sacrifice a central component of the traditional celebration, perhaps that time will come soon!

    Miia,

Putin is a politician and so I would conclude he is attempting to distance Russia from the “West” in the minds of his audience and that audience is not us in the U.S. I conclude his target audience is the developing countries.

The bottom line is Russia is still a country despite political double talk.

    To whomever it concerns,

Did anyone not that if the EU becomes establishes a constitution the Western Roman Empire will be reformed. They were also talking about having Turkey join them, which would add the capital of the Eastern Roman Empire. The rest of the Middle East and Egypt may join but it will be unpopular with the radicals and traditionalists. In short the Roman Empire may not be as dead as it seems.
