EDJ.If you understand the prophesys,you will find that the 10 horns are on the one dreadful beast.
and all the last beast had the 10horns and all beasts are the dragons, its his.The dragon himself has 7 crowns ruling his 7 empires,and his beasts has the horns. 7 empires=7 kings,and the 8th is of the 7th and this one has the 10 horns 3 will be subdued by the little horn. These horns are not separated by centuries.

Ok I will make it simple. But have to explain in context.Rev 12:3 And there appeared another wonder in heaven; and behold a great red dragon, having seven heads and ten horns and seven crowns upon his heads.
This woman clothed with the sun is Zion.
She is a heavenly kingdom. Not an earthly kingdom.
She gets ready to give birth to her first child (Jesus)but hold on, something else is happening at this time
Now John sees another vision
A dragon, and it has seven heads, and seven crowns. The seven crowns represent kingdoms. He will be in charge of all these major kingdoms through God's eyes.
This dragon also has 10 horns, but no crowns on the horns YET, for these ten have not come into power, because the 10 do not exist during those days.So the dragon draws a third of the stars (angels) and cast them to the earth.
(The dragon drew these angels, not God)
and the dragon and his angels prepared to devour the man child as soon as he was born (Using Herod)The angels were always free to travel between heaven and earth from since the beginning, but must be at this moment before Christ is born that the dragon (Satan) says to the angels, if you're with me, get down to earth NOW….and those that followed him went.
And the woman gave birth to the man child, who was to rule all nations with a rod of iron (not yet, but will) and her woman was caught up onto God (after crucifixion)
THEN…..
There was war in heaven.
Now was that great dragon and his angels are cast out by GOD. And that great dragon, that old serpent,
called the DEVIL and Satan,
was cast out into the EARTH.
This happened after the woman's child was caught up to God. Not in the beginning as some claim. But after Jesus conquered death.So during this time period
the dragon has not yet set up his 10 kings, for the scripture tells us that these kings will exist in the end times. That is why these horns don't have crowns on them. But they will 2015 years or so later.And the woman (Zion) is still in labour for she has yet more children to give birth to. This will happen at Christ's second coming when all the dead in christ will meet him in the air along with those who are alive in Christ. This is when we will be changed to spirit, like our Lord. Born again.. into spirit. And a nation will be BORN IN ONE DAY. ZION. A heavenly nation.
