1.There was no islam before John.(this is true)
2.There was no islam before the Roman empire.(this is true).

3.There is no Ottoman empire today,for the 8th empire to come out of.(this is true).
4.The 8th will only last one hour with the beast.(this is true).
5.Islam has been here longer than one hour.(this is true).

Islam is *NOT* the 8th beast.(this is true).

If the Ottoman EMPIRE was the wounded empire that was healed…then when was the Ottoman EMIRE restored?
You know, restored = healed!
I'm sure we all would of heard about it in school those many many years ago…

I mean, there has never been an age in history (since Egypt onwards that is) where One head/empire of the beast wasn't operating in the world.
Your interpretation would see NO active Empire from the fall of Ottoman empire till now and still waiting!
Some wishful Futurism Ed calls the past.

Satan works through these kingdoms too EdJ, and Satan doesn't rest nor do his empires.

And since Islam is not an EMPIRE, then Islam is cancelled out of the equation.
And since the Ottoman EMPIRE has not existed for hundreds of years nor did it's EMPIRE return to her, then the Ottoman EMPIRE is cancelled out also.
