How widespread was the flood?

“Dr Dino” would be none other than Eric Hovind who is running his dad's creationist liarship while his old man is in jail for tax evasion. Sounds like a really good pair of role models for school students.

In the shopping section of their website you can buy replica trilobite fossils (I've got a real one, so nya!) that are annotated with the following prize nonsense:

How is the flood myth the 'best explanation' for the death of these creatures? My trilobite comes from a fossil bed 495 million years old, dated by radiometric techniques. Mr. Hovind uses the old testament to do his dating. When you are reduced to saying a proper scientific theory is 'silly', you really have lost credibility. Eye evolution is outlined here:
