Hi Charity,
If a person accepts Jesus as their Lord and Savior then He is their Lord and Savior. If they don't accept Him as their Lord and Savior or they don't have the heart that would accept Him as their Lord and Savior, then He would not be.

A person has to receive the gift that is extended to them in order for that person to benefit from the gift. The gift is for all but not all receive it or have the heart that would receive it.

He knows the heart.

Thank you Kathi! thinking thats how it should be, The original question posted suggested a numbering system; a code,  that can be identified amongst the mortal living.
